Hotel complex "Anastasia", which opened in April 2004, is located at the source of the Angara River, at 61 km of the Baikal Highway, near the village of Listvyanka, Irkutsk Region, in a quiet and green place, on the shore of Lake Baikal. Currently, it is the most comfortable accommodation not only in Listvyanka, but throughout Lake Baikal. In a protected area of 0.64 hectares there is a main building with rooms for guests, an auxiliary building with a sauna, an administrative block with built-in garages, an outdoor heated swimming pool, a Russian steam bath, a parking lot, a small park with a fountain, an equipped embankment, a pier for ships.

Natural, environmentally friendly materials and valuable tree species were used in the decoration of the hotel complex: oak, ash, cedar, Siberian pine. Its interior is dominated by a marine theme, in which the best designers of the Angara region took part. The authors of the project creatively approached the problem of organic synthesis of two spaces - the interior of the building and the water surface of the lake. Therefore, the appearance of the entire hotel complex, located at the very edge of the water, combined with the unique Baikal nature, creates the impression of inner peace, silence and solid comfort.

The hotel has 17 comfortable rooms, equipped with Italian oak furniture, modern electronic and household appliances - TV, telephone and mini-bar, as well as other necessary accessories that meet the highest world standards. Each room has an original design; its walls are decorated with paintings and photographs by Siberian authors dedicated to Lake Baikal.

Hotel restaurant, the windows of which offer a magnificent view of Lake Baikal and the Angara River, can accommodate 52 guests and offers dishes of traditional Russian and Siberian cuisine. The restaurant's interior is designed in an original maritime style. There is a bar and live music.

For business meetings, conferences, seminars and trainings, the hotel has a conference room with a capacity of up to 100 people (area 174.5 sq. m.), which has all the audio-visual equipment necessary for such events.

Guests can enjoy a billiard room, a sauna (Finnish and Oriental, a swimming pool with hydromassage), a swimming pool with a diameter of 18 m with heated Baikal water (from May to October), a Russian bathhouse stylized as an old sailing ship with the opportunity to swim in Baikal.

In the summer, you can try your hand at catching fish bred in the pond - carp and sturgeon, ride a motor boat and jet ski, rent bicycles or mini-motorcycles. In winter, ski equipment and snowmobiles can be rented.
