1. Approve the attached List of positions of employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, when filling which a monthly allowance is paid for special conditions of service, and the amount of the allowance for these positions.

2. To recognize as invalid:

Employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation filling positions in accordance with the approved staffing schedules<*>specified in this List, a monthly bonus is paid to the official salary for special conditions of service in the following amounts:

2. Regular positions of flight personnel in aviation units of internal affairs bodies - 50 percent of the official salary.

3. Regular positions in units of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs stationed at the Baikonur complex - 100 percent of the official salary.

4. Regular positions in departments responsible for the protection of chemical weapons storage (destruction) facilities - 50 percent of the official salary.

5. Regular positions in the central apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia - 50 percent of the official salary.

6. Staff positions in the divisions of territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia at the district (interregional) level: local police commissioners; for juvenile affairs - 20 percent of the official salary.

7. Regular positions in the Operational Search Bureau of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the Bureau of Special Technical Events of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia - 40 percent of the official salary.

8. Staff positions in the following departments: criminal investigation; operational search; special technical events; forensics; operational-search information; own safety; on countering extremism; economic security and anti-corruption; to ensure the safety of persons subject to state protection; National Central Bureau of Interpol - 20 percent of the official salary.

Staff positions in temporary detention centers for suspects and accused; in special reception centers for the detention of persons arrested under administrative procedure; in licensing and permitting departments; in operational control centers of private security - 10 percent of the official salary.

16. Regular positions in the divisions of the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in transport related to the escort of passenger trains; full-time positions in subway security units - 10 percent of the official salary.

17. Staff positions in divisions of territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia related to the security of closed-type skin and venereal disease dispensaries; forensic psychiatric examination departments at psychiatric hospitals for persons in custody; special drug treatment departments for compulsory treatment of patients with chronic alcoholism with severe concomitant diseases - 10 percent of the official salary.

18. Regular positions in duty units of internal affairs bodies (divisions) - 10 percent of the official salary.

19. Regular positions, the performance of duties for which involves the practical use of foreign languages - 10 percent of the official salary.
