Development depends entirely on the invested funds - the more you invest at the first stage, the more profit you can receive. In this article, we will look at the most popular methods of generating income in the Farm Neighbors game.
Product income
Any farmer lives on the profit from the products grown and sold. The same principle is implemented in the Farm, where the main activity of each player is buying pens, buying animals, then collecting products and only then selling products.
In the first stage, buying pens and purchasing animals is your initial investment. But these investments begin to pay off immediately after they are made.
Let's take a closer look at the process of generating income using the example of buying a chicken coop:
2. At the first level you will have 1 chicken coop, the next one can only be purchased at the second level.
3. We go to the animal market and buy 9 chickens. A maximum of 9 animals of the corresponding type can be placed in one pen. The cost of one chicken is 5 rubles, therefore, your cost will be 45 rubles.
4. After the purchase, we return to the chicken coop, click on it and place the chickens in their places.
5. After this, you need to buy food (minimum lot 100 units) and feed your pets.
6. After 12 hours, go in, collect the resulting products in the form of eggs and feed the pets again.
7. After 12 hours, repeat the procedure.
8. As soon as we collect 100 eggs, we go to the store and sell them for 14 rubles, after which we can either withdraw these funds or reinvest them in something else.
This is how you can earn income from selling products. Now a few nuances you need to know:
- Any animal in the Farm produces only 60 units of production, after which it disappears;
- 60 fees / 2 fees per day = 30 days. This is the minimum time for harvesting each full paddock;
- The pens remain forever; they cannot be sold or broken;
- Pets need to be fed once every 12 hours, or later, you will not receive any fines for this;
For example, if you feed the chickens at 15:00, then getting up at 3 in the morning is not at all cool. You can get up in the morning, calmly collect the product and start the process again.
- The higher your level, the more pens of different types you can build.
You can, of course, be skeptical about the above scheme - the net income per month from one chicken coop is about 8 rubles. But it assumes minimal investments and the fact that the farm will not develop. In the game, everyone chooses their own path of development: for example, there is a player over level 150 who keeps all the chicken coops by level full (more than 150 pieces) - he has so many of them that harvesting can take an hour or more. But this player has almost instant profit in large volumes and reinvests it in other instruments.

As you can see from the table, we do not recommend using the button (a button that speeds up the collection and feeding of animals, editor’s note) at the initial stage of development of your farm, since it significantly reduces your profit, try to collect everything manually, of course it will take longer, but you will earn a lot more.
Income from factories
Factories are divided into 2 types - food factories and pancake factories. The first food factory can be purchased when you reach level 20 and then every 5 levels, however, due to recent innovations, it makes sense to buy only 2 dough factories and then invest in other tools.
Let's figure out how to get income from factories. The minimum volume of products for sale to a store is 1000 units, which in turn is equal to 1000 units. products. Every 12 hours you will receive 100 units. processed products. Thus, in order for you to be able to sell, for example, 1000 dough to a shop, you must first buy 1000 eggs and process them into dough 10 times at the factory. The principle applies to all production factories.
Pancake factories are available from level 30 and with them everything is both easier and more difficult. Firstly, there are only three types of factories (with meat, with cheese and with sour cream) and they are not cheap, secondly, you need to buy processed products, thirdly, to sell pancakes, you need to stand in line, now it is approximately month. But if you run the full cycle of producing and selling pancakes, you can make a very good profit every day. In general, for a pancake shop to operate normally, the cycle needs to be closed, that is, you place pancakes until your first bid is sold. Further, there is no need to invest in a pancake shop, since the money will come from the sale of pancakes. To close the cycle of a pancake with minced meat you will need approximately 6,000 rubles. The advantage is that you can display meat pancakes in a store starting from 200 pieces, that is, from one factory you can display products once a day.

For a snack, we left a method that is suitable for those who want to make money quickly and not work too hard. The Farm partially implements the mechanics of financial markets. Anyone can buy stocks and bonds in the game and receive a stable income every day.
Shares can be purchased in the corresponding gaming section. There are 5,000 shares in total; they appear in stock at 00-01 on the game server, when the next share is paid in full. Profit from the promotion is generated from the commission income of the store, whose turnover is several hundred thousand rubles per day.
