After checking the machine, the driver slows down the machine and, if the installation is in good condition, takes duty, in case of a malfunction, the driver is obliged to call a mechanic to eliminate them. Inspection of the machine should be carried out within 15-20 minutes. The shift handover and acceptance are made out in the log signed by the drivers handing over the shift and receiving the shift.

Machine control

During operation, the driver must carefully monitor the readings of electrical measuring equipment, as well as the readings of the pressure gauge. After the start of work, the driver periodically, at least every 2 hours, checks the temperature of the bearings of the drum and gearboxes, the engine, the transformation under the brushes, sparking in starting resistors.

If the instrument readings deviate (beyond the red marks), the driver is obliged to immediately brake the machine to find out the reasons for the deviation and take measures to eliminate them. It is also necessary to carefully monitor the indications of the arrows of the depth indicator. If during the movement of the bucket the arrow stops or moves in jerks, the machine must be braked and the cause found out. When the bucket approaches the horizon or zero ground, the driver must begin to slow down to 0.8 m / s and be ready to stop the machine, increase monitoring of the marks on the selsyn, ammeter, tachometer.

For 5 m before the indicated marks, the speed should be no more than 1.0 m / s, the driver must carefully listen to the movement of the machine, observe the winding of the rope on the drum and its condition. The uneven running of the machine, abnormal sounds in its mechanisms, rope jerks, the presence of smoke and burning indicate a violation in the operation of the lift. The car must be stopped immediately.

Do not operate the machine in the event of a malfunction:
