It is a personnel document that reflects information about the composition of the state. It is usually compiled at the end of the year for the next calendar year. But sometimes it becomes necessary to make changes to it. Regardless of the reasons, the main thing is to draw up the document correctly and avoid mistakes during its approval.

Reasons for the change

When making changes, it is also worth considering some features:

  1. Only vacant positions, that is, those that are not occupied by a person, can be removed from the staff list.
  2. If the removal of a vacancy from the staff list involves dismissal, it is necessary to notify the employee about this two months before the entry into force of the order.
  3. If the change in staffing is associated with changes in working conditions, then the employees to whom this applies must be notified two months in advance.
  4. If the change involves changing the name of a position or department, then employees affected by this change should be warned. In addition, an appropriate entry must be made in the labor.
  5. If the changes relate to wages, then all changes are also duplicated in the employment contract and personal T-2 card.

During the year, you can make an unlimited number of changes to the staffing table. The main thing is to adhere to the law and timely convey information about changes to the workforce.
