Four-sided machines are designed for the production of various molded products. On these machines, the workpiece is processed from four sides in one pass. The machine is equipped with four milling spindles.
The machine uses a dispersed type feed mechanism with upper and lower drive rollers. The upper feed rollers with “wolf tooth” corrugation provide reliable broaching of any blanks, including blanks of natural moisture. Mechanical clamps of the upper feed rollers provide uniform force and smooth passage of the workpiece through the cutting zones, and also allow you to work with low temperatures. The drive of the lower rollers uses cardan gears that do not require maintenance. The front and rear clamps completely eliminate "tear-outs" at the entry and exit of the workpiece from the cutting zone and are equipped with a guide element that ensures their precise location and ease of adjustment.

Designed for the production of lining, floorboards, planed timber, trim, plinth and other shaped moldings from edged boards or timber in industrial volumes (up to 2.5 m3/hour). Workpieces are processed simultaneously from 4 sides in one pass with a constant supply of material throughout the entire processing area. All supports and a front table are located on the machine frame, which serves to base the workpiece before processing it and to establish the amount of material removal along the bottom face of the workpiece. Steel overhead tables and guide lines are attached to the upper plane of the bed, along which the workpieces move. In the direction of material feed, the cutting heads are arranged in the following order:
- lower horizontal
- right vertical
- left vertical
- upper horizontal
An elongated front table, an improved design of the side clamps allow you to securely base the workpiece, and a distributed type of feed mechanism with drive rollers ensures its reliable movement. Rollers installed along the entire length of the machine do not allow slippage of the material.
The speed of movement of the workpiece is regulated by a variator.

Four-sided jointer and planer S16F-1 is designed for four-sided planar and profile gouging of boards, bars and perform jointing of base planes.
Profile work can be performed with side and top cutters.
Infinitely variable speed control of the material feed makes it possible to integrate it into automatic lines.
Jointing and planing machine S16-F1 has four working spindles arranged in the following order: lower horizontal; right vertical; left vertical; top horizontal.
All milling cutters have steel protective covers, which are also chip receivers and are adapted for connection to the workshop exhauster network.
The planing and planing machine consists of the following main units. The machine bed is a box-shaped casting, on which all calipers and feed mechanisms are installed. The feed hydraulic drive serves to inform the feed mechanism various speeds. The feed mechanism gives the workpieces translational motion along the machine. The workpieces being machined are pressed against the machine table and against the guide rail with the help of spring-loaded rollers, which prevents the workpieces from shifting and ensures reliable basing in the cutting zone. To prevent the material from being thrown back during processing, a claw guard is installed on the machine from the loading side.
At the request of the consumer, a common fence can be installed on the jointer-planer. The machine controls are located on the front side of the bed in places convenient for use.
