1 AREA OF USE

This standard applies to materials published in text-based scientific and production-practical journals, collections and information publications, and establishes requirements for elements of publishing design, form, sequence and location.

The standard does not apply to materials published in newspapers.

The standard is mandatory for publishers and printing enterprises, regardless of their organizational and legal structure, departmental affiliation and form of ownership.

2 REGULATORY REFERENCES

This standard uses references to the following standards:

3.1.10 intra-journal (in-book) bibliographic indexes (lists, reviews): According to GOST 7.0;

4 GENERAL PROVISIONS

Articles, including editorials, review articles;

Reports and communications, abstracts of reports and communications, resolutions, recommendations and other materials of conferences, meetings, congresses, etc.;

Intra-journal (intra-book) bibliographic indexes (lists, reviews), except for current and retrospective “Index of Contents” for journals;

Brief scientific communications (letters to the editor);

Reviews;

Information publications (bibliographic, abstract, review).

4.2 The set of publishing design elements and their location depend on the type of material being published.

The form of presentation, sequence and location of elements of publishing design must be uniform in all issues (issues) of the publication.

Elements of publishing design are given in the language of the published material.

4.3 It is allowed to use additional elements of publishing design.

5 PUBLISHING DESIGN OF MATERIALS IN MAGAZINES AND COLLECTIONS

5.1 Elements of publishing design of materials include:

- title published material;

- subheading data;

UDC index;

Abstract, resume;

Keywords;

Article bibliographic lists;

Information about the language of the text from which the published material is translated;

Date of receipt of the manuscript by the editor (editorial board);

- intelligence O continuation or completion published material;

Application;

Note;

- Name section, subsection, cycle, collections;

Running title.

Notes

1 The specified elements of publishing design (except for a summary, keywords and footer) are required for scientific publications.

2 Italics indicate mandatory elements of publishing design for production and practical publications.

Information about the continuation or end of the published material is required when publishing material with a break in one publication (issue, issue) or in parts in periodical and continuing publications.

Elements of publishing design, located after the text of the published material, if there is a bibliographic list attached to the article, are placed after it.

Information about manuscripts of articles sent by the editors (editorial board) for depositing is prepared in accordance with the requirements of , - , , , .

Abbreviations - according to GOST 7.12. To indicate the place of work and the name of the country, the use of abbreviations is allowed.

5.2.2 Information about the authors of articles (except for editorials), reports and communications, abstracts of reports and communications, short scientific communications (letters to the editor) and reviews with their own title is placed before the title.

When replacing the title of a review with a bibliographic description of the work under review, information about the author of the review is placed after the text of the published material on the right.

5.3 Information about the compilers

5.3.1 Information about the compilers is prepared in accordance with.

Information about the compilers is used when publishing intra-journal (in-book) bibliographic indexes (lists, reviews).

Before the name of the compiler, words are given that define the nature of the work done, for example, “Compiler”, “Compiled”, etc.

5.3.2 Information about the compilers is placed after the text of the published material on the right.

5.4. Information about the persons who participated in the work on the material (translators, persons who prepared the material for publication, artists, photographers, etc.)

5.4.1 The name of the person who participated in the work on the material is given in the form: initials or initial and surname, first and surname, pseudonym.

Before the name of the person who participated in the work on the material, words are given that define the nature of the work done.

Before the name of the translator, with words defining the nature of the work done, information about the language from which the published material is translated is indicated.

5.4.2 Information about the persons who participated in the work on the material is placed after the text of the published material on the right.

5.5.1 Publication of materials listed in without a title is not permitted. The title of the review may be replaced with a bibliographic description of the work being reviewed. Bibliographic description - according to GOST 7.1.

It is not allowed to include in the title of the published material the name of the section, subsection, cycle, collection where it is published.

When publishing material in parts in several issues (issues) of a periodical or continuing publication, it is not allowed to change the title of the published material.

The title of the published material is highlighted by printing means.

5.5.2 The title of the published material is placed before the text of the published material.

5.6. Subheading data

5.6.1 Subtitle data of the published material includes:

Information explaining the title of the published material;

Information about the type of published material, including the wording “Literature review”, “Review of letters”, “Review...” in review publications, if they are not given in the title of the published material, the title of the section, subsection, cycle, collection, title ( title) or subtitle data of the publication;

Serial number of the part of the published material;

Bibliographic description of the work being reviewed and a review with its own title according to GOST 7.1;

Place and date (day, month, year) of the conference, meeting, congress, etc. - in reports and communications, abstracts of reports and communications, in materials of conferences, meetings, congresses, etc., if they are not indicated in the title of the published material, the title of the section, subsection, cycle, collection, title (title) or subtitle data of the publication .

5.6.2 Subtitle data is placed after the title of the published material.

5.7.1 The UDC index is given for articles reflecting all areas of scientific, practical and cultural activity.

5.7.2 The UDC index of articles (except for editorials), reports and communications, abstracts of reports and communications, short scientific communications (letters to the editor) and reviews with their own title is placed before information about the authors.

When replacing the review title with a bibliographic description of the work being reviewed, the UDC index is placed before the bibliographic description.

UDC index of materials of conferences, meetings, congresses, etc. placed before the title of the published material.

The UDC index is located on a separate line on the left.

5.8 Annotation. Summary

5.8.1 The abstract is given in the language of the text of the published material. The abstract is prepared in accordance with GOST 7.9.

In addition to the annotation, publication of a resume is allowed. The summary is published in languages ​​other than the language of the text of the published material.

When publishing a resume in several languages, it is allowed to replace the abstract in Russian with a resume in Russian.

5.8.2 Abstracts are provided for articles (except for editorials), reports and communications, short scientific communications (letters to the editor).

An abstract in the language of the text of the published material is placed before the text of the published material after the title and subtitle data.

The summary is placed after the text of the published material, information about the persons who participated in the work on the material, information about the language of the text from which the published material was translated, the date of receipt of the manuscript by the editorial board (editorial board) and annotations in Russian.

5.9.1 Keywords are selected from the text of the published material and highlighted by printing means.

5.9.2 Keywords of articles (except for editorials), reports and communications, abstracts of reports and communications, short scientific communications (letters to the editor) are placed on a separate line immediately after the title, before the text of the published material.

5.10.1 In the title of an article bibliographic list, use the word “List” (for example, “List... of literature”, “Bibliographic list...”, etc.). It is not allowed to use the word “Bibliography” in the title of a bibliographic list.

Bibliographic descriptions in article bibliographic lists are compiled in accordance with GOST 7.1.

Bibliographic entries in bibliographic lists attached to articles must be numbered.

5.10.2 Article bibliographic lists for articles, reports and communications, short scientific communications (letters to the editor) and reviews are placed immediately after the text of the published material.

Bibliographic lists of articles may not be included in reviews.

5.11 Information about the language of the text from which the published material is translated

When publishing materials translated from the languages ​​of the peoples of the CIS countries and foreign languages, information about the original language is placed after the text of the published material on the right.

5.12.1 The date of receipt of the manuscript by the editor (editorial board) is indicated in Arabic numerals: two digits each for the day, month and year.

The date of receipt of the manuscript by the editorial board (editorial board) may be preceded by the words: “Received...”, “The material has been received by the editorial board...”, etc.

5.12.2 The date of receipt of the manuscript by the editor (editorial board) in articles (except for translated articles), intra-journal (in-book) bibliographic reviews and short scientific communications (letters to the editor) is placed after the text of the published material.

5.13 Information about the continuation or completion of published material

When publishing material in parts in several numbers (issues) of a periodical or continuing publication, at the end of each part, except the last, put the note “To be continued (end).”

On the page at the beginning of each subsequent part of the published material in a periodical or continuing publication, in a footnote or before the text, put the note “Continuation (end)” and indicate the number(s) of the issue(s) of the publication in which the previous parts of the published work were published material.

When publishing material with a gap in one publication (number, issue), at the end of each part, except the last, put the mark “Continuation (end) on p...”.

On the page at the beginning of each subsequent part of the material published in one publication (issue, issue), a note “Continuation (end)” is placed before the text of the material. Starts on p. ...".

5.14 Application

5.14.1 The appendix to the published material is provided with its own title. Information about the material to which the application relates (name of the author and/or title of the material) is given in the subtitle data of the application, if it is not included in the title of the application.

In the title or subtitle data of the appendix to the main published material, information is provided that the material is an appendix.

If there are two or more applications, they must be numbered.

5.14.2 Application not related to published materials

In the subtitle data of an application that is not related to any of the materials published in the publication, the title (name) of the publication in which the application is published is given, if this title (name) is not indicated in the title of the application.

5.15.1 A note containing a bibliographic reference is drawn up in accordance with GOST 7.1.

When publishing materials translated from the languages ​​of the peoples of the Russian Federation and foreign languages, the note indicates information about the publication from which the published material is translated.

When reprinting published material, the notes indicate information about the publication from which the material was reprinted.

Information about the edition from which the published material is translated, and information about the edition from which the published material is reprinted, is given in the note only in the form of a bibliographic reference.

Information about the work under review in a review with its own title is given in the form of a bibliographic reference, if it is not indicated in the subtitle data.

5.15.2 Notes according to their location are divided into in-text, beyond-text and interlinear.

In-text notes are placed in the text of the published material, separating them from the text with brackets.

Beyond the text notes are placed immediately after the main text of the published material.

Footnotes are placed at the bottom of the page under the lines of text of the published material.

Subtext and footnotes are associated with the text to which they relate using footnote signs: Arabic numerals or asterisks.

5.16 Title of section, subsection, cycle, collection

When publishing materials as part of a section, subsection, cycle, or collection, the name of the section, subsection, cycle, or collection is given before them.

5.17 Footer

The footer of periodical and continuing publications includes the following elements in the specified sequence:

International Standard Serial Number (with abbreviation ISSN);

Key title of the publication (title of the publication in the form established when assigning an ISSN);

Year release of the publication;

Serial number of volume, part, issue.

The footer of non-periodic collections includes the following elements in the specified sequence:

International Standard Book Number (abbreviated ISBN));

Title (name) of the publication;

Place of publication;

Year of publication.

The title (title) of non-periodic collections in the footer may be abbreviated: cutting off the last words, omitting words in the middle of the title, replacing individual words or phrases with abbreviations without distorting the meaning.

The header and footer are placed on a separate line at the top or bottom of the page.

6 PUBLISHING DESIGN OF CONTENT

6.1 Content elements

Content elements include:

Title of the section, subsection, cycle, collection;

Information about the published material.

Each content element is placed on a separate line.

The elements of content retain the sequence and form of presenting the information specified in the published material, except for the cases listed in , , , , .

The presence of content in the publication is mandatory.

6.1.1. The name of the section, subsection, cycle, collection is given before information about the materials published as part of this section, subsection, cycle, collection.

The name of a section, subsection, cycle, collection is highlighted by printing means.

6.1.2 Information about the published material includes the following elements in the specified sequence:

Title of the published material;

Subheading data;

Information about the compiler and other persons who participated in the work on the material;

Information about the continuation or completion of the published material;

Information about the location of the published material;

Application details.

In collective works, the sequence of author names given in the text of the published material will be preserved.

Information about the author's academic degree, academic title, position, profession and place of work is not provided.

It is not allowed to change the wording of the title of the published material.

Words included in the title denoting an academic degree, academic title, position, profession and place of work of the person to whom the published material is dedicated may be abbreviated in accordance with GOST 7.12.

6.1.2.3 Subtitle data is provided at the discretion of the editor.

The sequence of names of the compilers and other persons who participated in the work on the material, as well as words defining the nature of the work done, and grammatically related information about the language of the text from which the published material is translated, must correspond to the sequence given in the text of the published material.

“Continuation” - for all parts of the material except the first and last; “End” - for the last part of the material.

6.1.2.6 Information about the location of the published material is indicated by the serial number of the page on which the beginning of the published material is located.

If the published material is printed on the cover of the publication, information about the location of the published material is provided in the form “On ... the cover page” indicating the serial number of the cover page.

If the published material is printed on an insert or insert, information about the location of the published material is given in the form “On the insert (insert), between the pages...” indicating the serial numbers of the pages of the publication between which the insert or insert is located.

6.3 Content location

In a multilingual publication, the content is published in one or more languages ​​of the text of the publication.

It is allowed to publish content translated into languages ​​not used in the text of the publication.

7 PAGE NUMBERING OF THE PUBLICATION

The pages of the publication must have serial numbering (pagination).

Only Arabic numerals are used for page numbering in the publication.

Information about the serial number of the page is indicated by a column number and is given at the top or bottom of the page of the publication.

The column number is given on a separate line and is placed on all pages of the publication, except for the pages title page and end title page.

It is allowed to combine a header and header on a page in one line.

The page numbering of the main text of the publication must be continuous.

Continuous numbering of pages of issues within a volume is allowed.

The cover pages are not included in the page numbering of the publication.

8.2.6 In bibliographic and abstract publications, it is recommended to use a footer located on the left and right pages of the publication.

The footer contains:

1 AREA OF USE

This standard applies to materials published in text-based scientific and production-practical journals, collections and information publications, and establishes requirements for elements of publishing design, form, sequence and location.

The standard does not apply to materials published in newspapers.

The standard is mandatory for publishers and printing enterprises, regardless of their organizational and legal structure, departmental affiliation and form of ownership.

3 DEFINITIONS

3.1 The following terms with corresponding definitions are used in this standard:

3.1.1 article: A work that covers in detail any topic, idea, issue, containing elements of their analysis and intended for a periodical, ongoing publication or non-periodical collection as component its main text;

3.1.2 review article: A publication containing a summary description, analysis and assessment of the state of science, technology, literature and art for a certain period;

3.1.3 editorial: The leading article in a periodical publication, devoted to the most important fundamental issues, expressing the point of view of the editorial board or institution (organization), of which this publication is a body, and published at the very beginning of the publication;

3.1.4 report: Message on scientific topic in a scientific meeting or at a congress, conference, meeting, etc., containing a report on activities or a plan for upcoming events;

3.1.5 message: Materials on a scientific topic in a scientific meeting, at a congress, conference, meeting, etc.;

Official publication

3.1.6 review: A work containing an analysis and reasoned assessment of the author’s original or published publication;

3.1.7 abstracts: Concisely formulated provisions and thoughts published before the start of the conference, symposium and congress;

4 GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1 The standard regulates publishing design the following materials:

Articles, including editorials, review articles;

Reports and communications, abstracts of reports and communications, resolutions, recommendations and other materials of conferences, meetings, congresses, etc.;

Intra-journal (intra-book) bibliographic indexes (lists, reviews), except for current and retrospective “Index of Contents” for journals;

Brief scientific communications (letters to the editor);

Reviews;

Information publications (bibliographic, abstract, review).

4.2 The set of publishing design elements and their location depend on the type of material being published.

The form of presentation, sequence and location of elements of publishing design must be uniform in all issues (issues) of the publication.

Elements of publishing design are given in the language of the published material.

4.3 It is allowed to use additional elements of publishing design.

5 PUBLISHING DESIGN OF MATERIALS IN MAGAZINES AND COLLECTIONS

5.1 Elements of publishing design of materials include:

Subheading data;

UDC index;

Abstract, resume;

Keywords;

Article bibliographic lists;

Information about the language of the text from which the published material is translated;

Date of receipt of the manuscript by the editor (editorial board);

Application;

Note;

Running title.

Notes

1 The specified elements of publishing design (except for a summary, keywords and footer) are required for scientific publications.

2 Italics indicate mandatory elements of publishing design for production and practical publications.

Information about the continuation or end of the published material is required when publishing material with a break in one publication (issue, issue) or in parts in periodical and continuing publications.

Elements of publishing design, located after the text of the published material, if there is a bibliographic list attached to the article, are placed after it.

Information about manuscripts of articles sent by the editors (editorial board) for deposit is prepared in accordance with the requirements of 5.2, 5.5-5.7, 5.10, 5.12, 5.15.

Academic title, academic degree;

Position or profession;

Place of work (name of institution or organization, locality);

In cases where the use of a patronymic is not accepted, one initial or first name is given.

Information about the academic title, academic degree, position, profession, place of work, name of the country is indicated at the discretion of the editors in full or abbreviated form after the name of the author. Abbreviations - according to GOST 7.12. To indicate the place of work and the name of the country, the use of abbreviations is allowed.

When replacing the title of a review with a bibliographic description of the work under review, information about the author of the review is placed after the text of the published material on the right.

5.3 Information about the compilers

5.3.1 Information about the compilers is prepared in accordance with 5.2.1.

Information about the compilers is used when publishing intra-journal (in-book) bibliographic indexes (lists, reviews).

Before the name of the compiler, words are given that define the nature of the work done, for example, “Compiler”, “Compiled”, etc.

5.3.2 Information about the compilers is placed after the text of the published material on the right.

5.4. Information about the persons who participated in the work on the material (translators, persons who prepared the material for publication, artists, photographers, etc.)

5.4.1 The name of the person who participated in the work on the material is given in the form: initials or initial and surname, first and surname, pseudonym.

Before the name of the person who participated in the work on the material, words are given that define the nature of the work done.

Before the name of the translator, with words defining the nature of the work done, information about the language from which the published material is translated is indicated.

5.4.2 Information about the persons who participated in the work on the material is placed after the text of the published material on the right.

5.5 Title of published material

5.5.1 Publication of materials listed in 4.1 without a title is not allowed.

The title of the review may be replaced with a bibliographic description of the work being reviewed. Bibliographic description - according to GOST 7.1.

It is not allowed to include in the title of the published material the name of the section, subsection, cycle, collection where it is published.

When publishing material in parts in several issues (issues) of a periodical or continuing publication, it is not allowed to change the title of the published material.

The title of the published material is highlighted by printing means.

5.5.2 The title of the published material is placed before the text of the published material.

5.6. Subheading data

5.6.1 Subtitle data of the published material includes:

Information explaining the title of the published material;

Information about the type of published material, including the wording “Literature review”, “Review of letters”, “Review...” in review publications, if they are not given in the title of the published material, the title of the section, subsection, cycle, collection, title ( title) or subtitle data of the publication;

Serial number of the part of the published material;

Bibliographic description of the work under review and review with its own title in accordance with GOST 7.1;

Place and date (day, month, year) of the conference, meeting, congress, etc. - in reports and communications, abstracts of reports and communications, in materials of conferences, meetings, congresses, etc., if they are not indicated in title of the published material, title of section, subsection, cycle, collection, title (name) or subtitle data of the publication.

5.6.2 Subtitle data is placed after the title of the published material.

5.7.1 The UDC index is given for articles reflecting all areas of scientific, practical and cultural activity.

5.7.2 The UDC index of articles (except for editorials), reports and communications, abstracts of reports and communications, short scientific communications (letters to the editor) and reviews with their own title is placed before information about the authors.

When replacing the review title with a bibliographic description of the work being reviewed, the UDC index is placed before the bibliographic description.

The UDC index of materials of conferences, meetings, congresses, etc. is placed before the title of the published material.

The UDC index is located on a separate line on the left.

5.8 Abstract. Summary

5.8.1 The abstract is given in the language of the text of the published material.

The abstract is prepared in accordance with GOST 7.9.

In addition to the annotation, publication of a resume is allowed. The summary is published in languages ​​other than the language of the text of the published material.

When publishing a resume in several languages, it is allowed to replace the abstract in Russian with a resume in Russian.

5.8.2 Abstracts are provided for articles (except for editorials), reports and communications, short scientific communications (letters to the editor).

An abstract in the language of the text of the published material is placed before the text of the published material after the title and subtitle data.

The summary is placed after the text of the published material, information about the persons who participated in the work on the material, information about the language of the text from which the published material was translated, the date of receipt of the manuscript by the editorial board (editorial board) and annotations in Russian.

5.9 Keywords

5.9.1 Keywords are selected from the text of the published material and highlighted by printing means.

5.9.2 Keywords of articles (except for editorials), reports and communications, abstracts of reports and communications, short scientific communications (letters to the editor) are placed on a separate line immediately after the title, before the text of the published material.

5.10 Article bibliographic lists

5.10.1 In the title of an article bibliographic list, use the word “List” (for example, “List... of literature”, “Bibliographic list...”, etc.). It is not allowed to use the word “Bibliography” in the title of a bibliographic list.

Bibliographic descriptions in article bibliographic lists are compiled in accordance with GOST 7.1.

Bibliographic entries in bibliographic lists attached to articles must be numbered.

5.10.2 Article bibliographic lists for articles, reports and communications, short scientific communications (letters to the editor) and reviews are placed immediately after the text of the published material.

Bibliographic lists of articles may not be included in reviews.

5.11 Information about the language of the text from which the published material is translated

When publishing materials translated from the languages ​​of the peoples of the CIS countries and foreign languages, information about the original language is placed after the text of the published material on the right.

5.12 Date of receipt of the manuscript by the editor (editorial board)

5.12.1 The date of receipt of the manuscript by the editor (editorial board) is indicated in Arabic numerals: two digits each for the day, month and year.

The date of receipt of the manuscript by the editorial board (editorial board) may be preceded by the words: “Received...”, “The material was received by the editorial board...”, etc.

5.12.2 The date of receipt of the manuscript by the editor (editorial board) in articles (except for translated articles), intra-journal (in-book) bibliographic reviews and short scientific communications (letters to the editor) is placed after the text of the published material.

5.13 Information about the continuation or termination of published material

When publishing material in parts in several numbers (issues) of a periodical or continuing publication, at the end of each part, except the last, put the note “To be continued (end).”

On the page at the beginning of each subsequent part of the published material in a periodical or continuing publication, in a footnote or before the text, put the note “Continuation (end)” and indicate the number(s) of the issue(s) of the publication in which the previous parts of the published work were published material.

When publishing material with a gap in one publication (number, issue), at the end of each part, except the last, put the mark “Continuation (end) on p...”.

On the page at the beginning of each subsequent part of the material published in one publication (issue, issue), a note “Continuation (end)” is placed before the text of the material. Starts on p. ...".

5.14 Application

5.14.1 The appendix to the published material is provided with its own title.

Information about the material to which the application relates (name of the author and/or title of the material) is given in the subtitle data of the application, if it is not included in the title of the application.

In the title or subtitle data of the appendix to the main published material, information is provided that the material is an appendix.

If there are two or more applications, they must be numbered.

5.14.2 Application not related to published materials

In the subtitle data of an application that is not related to any of the materials published in the publication, the title (name) of the publication in which the application is published is given, if this title (name) is not indicated in the title of the application.

5.15 Note

5.15.1 A note containing a bibliographic reference is drawn up in accordance with GOST 7.1.

When publishing materials translated from the languages ​​of the peoples of the Russian Federation and foreign languages, information about the publication from which the published material is translated is indicated in the note.

When reprinting published material, the notes indicate information about the publication from which the material was reprinted.

Information about the edition from which the published material is translated, and information about the edition from which the published material is reprinted, is given in the note only in the form of a bibliographic reference.

Information about the work under review in a review with its own title is given in the form of a bibliographic reference, if it is not indicated in the subtitle data.

5.15.2 Notes according to their location are divided into in-text, beyond-text and interlinear.

In-text notes are placed in the text of the published material, separating them from the text with brackets.

Beyond the text notes are placed immediately after the main text of the published material.

Footnotes are placed at the bottom of the page under the lines of text of the published material.

Subtext and footnotes are associated with the text to which they relate using footnote signs: Arabic numerals or asterisks.

5.16 Name of section, subsection, cycle, collection

When publishing materials as part of a section, subsection, cycle, or collection, the name of the section, subsection, cycle, or collection is given before them.

5.17 Footer

The footer of periodical and continuing publications includes the following elements in the specified sequence:

International Standard Serial Number (abbreviated ISSN);

Key title of the publication (title of the publication in the form established when assigning an ISSN);

Year of publication;

Serial number of volume, part, issue.

The footer of non-periodic collections includes the following elements in the specified sequence:

International Standard Book Number (abbreviated ISBN);

Title (name) of the publication;

Place of publication;

Year of publication.

The title (title) of non-periodic collections in the footer may be abbreviated: cutting off the last words, omitting words in the middle of the title, replacing individual words or phrases with abbreviations without distorting the meaning.

The header and footer are placed on a separate line at the top or bottom of the page.

6 PUBLISHING DESIGN OF CONTENT

6.1 Content elements

Title of the section, subsection, cycle, collection;

Information about the published material.

Each content element is placed on a separate line.

The content elements retain the sequence and form of information specified in the published material, except for the cases listed in 6.1.2.1, 6.1.2.2, 6.1.2.4, 6.1.2.5, 6.1.2.7.

6.1.1. The name of the section, subsection, cycle, collection is given before information about the materials published as part of this section, subsection, cycle, collection.

The name of a section, subsection, cycle, collection is highlighted by printing means.

6.1.2 Information about the published material includes the following elements in the specified sequence:

Title of the published material;

Subheading data;

Information about the compiler and other persons who participated in the work on the material;

Information about the continuation or completion of the published material;

Information about the location of the published material;

Application details.

In collective works, the sequence of author names given in the text of the published material will be preserved.

Information about the author's academic degree, academic title, position, profession and place of work is not provided.

6.1.2.2 The title of the published material is preserved in the form in which it is given in the text of the published material.

6.1.2.5 Information about the continuation or termination of material published in parts in several numbers (issues) of a periodical or continuing publication is given in the form:

“Continuation” - for all parts of the material except the first and last;

“End” - for the last part of the material.

6.1.2.6 Information about the location of the published material is indicated by the serial number of the page on which the beginning of the published material is located.

If the published material is printed on the cover of the publication, information about the location of the published material is provided in the form “On ... the cover page” indicating the serial number of the cover page.

7 PAGE NUMBERING OF THE PUBLICATION

The pages of the publication must have serial numbering (pagination).

Only Arabic numerals are used for page numbering in the publication.

Information about the serial number of the page is indicated by a column number and is given at the top or bottom of the page of the publication.

The column number is given in a separate line and is placed on all pages of the publication, except for the pages of the title page and the end title page.

It is allowed to combine a header and header on a page in one line.

8.2.1 Classification indices must comply with classification systems in accordance with GOST 7.59.

Classification indices are placed before the name of the section (subsection).

The UDC index of a section (subsection) is given for materials on natural and technical topics.

8.2.2 The names of sections (subsections) must correspond to the classification scheme adopted for this publication.

The names of sections (subsections) are highlighted by printing means.

8.2.3 Information about the compilers of the section (subsection) is placed after the title of the corresponding section (subsection): “Compiled by N.V. Ivanov."

It is allowed to provide information about the academic title, academic degree of the compiler of the section (subsection) in full or abbreviated form. Abbreviations - according to GOST 7.12.

8.3.1 Information about the compilers is formatted in the same way as information about the authors.

The design and arrangement of information about the compilers in a review publication containing one review article is in accordance with GOST 7.4.

8.3.2 The title of the review article is placed before the text of the review article.

The title of the review article is highlighted by printing means.

8.3.3 Subtitle information includes information that explains the title of the review article. Subtitle data is placed after the title of the review article.

8.3.4 The UDC index is given for review articles on natural and technical topics. The UDC index is placed before the information about the compilers (authors) of the review article in a separate line (on the left).

The standard does not apply to materials published in newspapers.

The standard is mandatory for publishers and printing enterprises, regardless of their organizational and legal structure, departmental affiliation and form of ownership.

3.1 The following terms with corresponding definitions are used in this standard:

3.1.1 article: A work that thoroughly covers a topic, idea, issue, containing elements of their analysis and intended for a periodical, ongoing publication or non-periodical collection as an integral part of its main text;

3.1.2 review article: A publication containing a summary description, analysis and assessment of the state of science, technology, literature and art for a certain period;

3.1.3 editorial: The leading article in a periodical publication, devoted to the most important fundamental issues, expressing the point of view of the editorial board or institution (organization), of which this publication is a body, and published at the very beginning of the publication;

3.1.4 report: A message on a scientific topic at a scientific meeting or at a congress, conference, meeting, etc., containing a report on activities or a plan for upcoming events;

3.1.5 message: Materials on a scientific topic in a scientific meeting, at a congress, conference, meeting, etc.;

3.1.6 review: A work containing an analysis and reasoned assessment of the author’s original or published publication;

4 GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1 The standard regulates the publishing design of the following materials:

- articles, including editorials, review articles;

- reports and messages, abstracts of reports and messages, resolutions, recommendations and other materials of conferences, meetings, congresses, etc.;

- intra-journal (in-book) bibliographic indexes (lists, reviews), except for current and retrospective “Indices of Contents” for journals;

- brief scientific communications (letters to the editor);

- reviews;

- information publications (bibliographic, abstract, review).

4.2 The set of publishing design elements and their location depend on the type of material being published.

The form of presentation, sequence and location of elements of publishing design must be uniform in all issues (issues) of the publication.

Elements of publishing design are given in the language of the published material.

4.3 It is allowed to use additional elements of publishing design.

5 PUBLISHING DESIGN OF MATERIALS IN MAGAZINES AND COLLECTIONS

5.1 Elements of publishing design of materials include:

- information about the authors, compilers and other persons involved in the work on the material;



- subheading data;

- UDC index;

- abstract, summary;

- keywords;

- article bibliographic lists;

- information about the language of the text from which the published material is translated;

- date of receipt of the manuscript by the editor (editorial board);



- application;

- note;



- running title.

Notes

1 The specified elements of publishing design (except for a summary, keywords and footer) are required for scientific publications.

2 Italics indicate mandatory elements of publishing design for production and practical publications.

Information about the continuation or end of the published material is required when publishing material with a break in one publication (issue, issue) or in parts in periodical and continuing publications.

Elements of publishing design, located after the text of the published material, if there is a bibliographic list attached to the article, are placed after it.

Information about manuscripts of articles sent by the editors (editorial board) for deposit is prepared in accordance with the requirements of 5.2, 5.5-5.7, 5.10, 5.12, 5.15.

5.2.1 Information about the authors includes the following elements:

- author’s name (initials and surname; given name; first name, patronymic and surname; pseudonym);

- name of the country (for foreign authors).

The author's name is given in the nominative case.

In cases where the use of a patronymic is not accepted, one initial or first name is given.

Information about the academic title, academic degree, position, profession, place of work, name of the country is indicated at the discretion of the editors in full or abbreviated form after the name of the author. Abbreviations - according to GOST 7.12. To indicate the place of work and the name of the country, the use of abbreviations is allowed.

In collective works, the names of the authors are given in their accepted sequence.


5.2.2 Information about the authors of articles (except for editorials), reports and communications, abstracts of reports and communications, short scientific communications (letters to the editor) and reviews with their own title is placed before the title.

When replacing the title of a review with a bibliographic description of the work under review, information about the author of the review is placed after the text of the published material on the right.

Information about the authors of editorials is provided at the discretion of the editors and is placed after the text of the published material on the right.

Information about the author’s place of work may be placed after the text of the published material in a separate line.

5.3 Information about the compilers

5.3.1 Information about the compilers is prepared in accordance with 5.2.1.

Information about the compilers is used when publishing intra-journal (in-book) bibliographic indexes (lists, reviews).

Before the name of the compiler, words are given that define the nature of the work done, for example, “Compiler”, “Compiled”, etc.

5.3.2 Information about the compilers is placed after the text of the published material on the right.

5.4. Information about the persons who participated in the work on the material (translators, persons who prepared the material for publication, artists, photographers, etc.)

5.4.1 The name of the person who participated in the work on the material is given in the form: initials or initial and surname, first and surname, pseudonym.

Before the name of the person who participated in the work on the material, words are given that define the nature of the work done.

Before the name of the translator, with words defining the nature of the work done, information about the language from which the published material is translated is indicated.

5.5 Title of published material

5.5.1 Publication of materials listed in 4.1 without a title is not allowed.

The title of the review may be replaced with a bibliographic description of the work being reviewed. Bibliographic description - according to GOST 7.1.

It is not allowed to include in the title of the published material the name of the section, subsection, cycle, collection where it is published.

When publishing material in parts in several issues (issues) of a periodical or continuing publication, it is not allowed to change the title of the published material.

The title of the published material is highlighted by printing means.

5.5.2 The title of the published material is placed before the text of the published material.

5.6. Subheading data

5.6.1 Subtitle data of the published material includes:

- information explaining the title of the published material;

- information about the type of published material, including the wording “Literature Review”, “Review of Letters”, “Review...” in review publications, if they are not given in the title of the published material, the title of the section, subsection, cycle, collection, title (title) or subtitle data of the publication;

- serial number of the part of the published material;

- bibliographic description of the work being reviewed and a review with its own title in accordance with GOST 7.1;

- place and date (day, month, year) of the conference, meeting, congress, etc. - in reports and communications, abstracts of reports and communications, in materials of conferences, meetings, congresses, etc., if they are not indicated in the title of the published material, the title of the section, subsection, cycle, collection, title (title) or subtitle data of the publication .

5.6.2 Subtitle data is placed after the title of the published material.

5.7.1 The UDC index is given for articles reflecting all areas of scientific, practical and cultural activity.

5.7.2 The UDC index of articles (except for editorials), reports and communications, abstracts of reports and communications, short scientific communications (letters to the editor) and reviews with their own title is placed before information about the authors.

When replacing the review title with a bibliographic description of the work being reviewed, the UDC index is placed before the bibliographic description.

5.8 Abstract. Summary

5.8.1 The abstract is given in the language of the text of the published material.

The abstract is prepared in accordance with GOST 7.9.

In addition to the annotation, publication of a resume is allowed. The summary is published in languages ​​other than the language of the text of the published material.

When publishing a resume in several languages, it is allowed to replace the abstract in Russian with a resume in Russian.

5.8.2 Abstracts are provided for articles (except for editorials), reports and communications, short scientific communications (letters to the editor).

An abstract in the language of the text of the published material is placed before the text of the published material after the title and subtitle data.

The summary is placed after the text of the published material, information about the persons who participated in the work on the material, information about the language of the text from which the published material was translated, the date of receipt of the manuscript by the editorial board (editorial board) and annotations in Russian.

5.9 Keywords

5.9.1 Keywords are selected from the text of the published material and highlighted by printing means.

5.9.2 Keywords of articles (except for editorials), reports and communications, abstracts of reports and communications, short scientific communications (letters to the editor) are placed on a separate line immediately after the title, before the text of the published material.

5.10 Article bibliographic lists

5.10.1 In the title of the bibliographic list, the word “List” is used (for example, “List of ... literature”, “Bibliographic list ...”, etc.). It is not allowed to use the word “Bibliography” in the title of a bibliographic list.

Bibliographic descriptions in article bibliographic lists are compiled in accordance with GOST 7.1.

Bibliographic entries in bibliographic lists attached to articles must be numbered.

5.10.2 Article bibliographic lists for articles, reports and communications, short scientific communications (letters to the editor) and reviews are placed immediately after the text of the published material.

It is allowed not to include bibliographic lists of articles in reviews.

5.11 Information about the language of the text from which the published material is translated

When publishing materials translated from the languages ​​of the peoples of the CIS countries and foreign languages, information about the original language is placed after the text of the published material on the right.

5.12 Date of receipt of the manuscript by the editor (editorial board)

5.12.1 The date of receipt of the manuscript by the editor (editorial board) is indicated in Arabic numerals: two digits each for the day, month and year.

The date of receipt of the manuscript by the editorial board (editorial board) may be preceded by the words: “Received...”, “The material was received by the editorial board...”, etc.

5.12.2 The date of receipt of the manuscript by the editor (editorial board) in articles (except for translated articles), intra-journal (in-book) bibliographic reviews and short scientific communications (letters to the editor) is placed after the text of the published material.

5.13 Information about the continuation or termination of published material

When publishing material in parts in several numbers (issues) of a periodical or continuing publication, at the end of each part, except the last, put the note “To be continued (end).”

On the page at the beginning of each subsequent part of the published material in a periodical or continuing publication, in a footnote or before the text, put the note “Continuation (end)” and indicate the number(s) of the issue(s) of the publication in which the previous parts of the published work were published material.

When publishing material with a gap in one publication (number, issue), at the end of each part, except the last, put the note “Continuation (end) on p...”.

On the page at the beginning of each subsequent part of the material published in one publication (number, issue), before the text of the material, put the note “Continuation (end). Starts with...”.

5.14 Application

5.14.1 The appendix to the published material is provided with its own title.

Information about the material to which the application relates (name of the author and/or title of the material) is given in the subtitle data of the application, if it is not included in the title of the application.

In the title or subtitle data of the appendix to the main published material, information is provided that the material is an appendix.

If there are two or more applications, they must be numbered.

5.14.2 Application not related to published materials

In the subtitle data of an application that is not related to any of the materials published in the publication, the title (name) of the publication in which the application is published is given, if this title (name) is not indicated in the title of the application.

5.15 Note

5.15.1 A note containing a bibliographic reference is drawn up in accordance with GOST 7.1.

When publishing materials translated from the languages ​​of the peoples of the Russian Federation and foreign languages, information about the publication from which the published material is translated is indicated in the note.

5.16 Name of section, subsection, cycle, collection

When publishing materials as part of a section, subsection, cycle, or collection, the name of the section, subsection, cycle, or collection is given before them.

5.17 Footer

The footer of periodical and continuing publications includes the following elements in the specified sequence:

- international standard serial number (with the abbreviation ISSN);

- key title of the publication (title of the publication in the form established when assigning an ISSN);

- year of publication;

- serial number of the volume, part, issue.

The footer of non-periodic collections includes the following elements in the specified sequence:

- international standard book number (with the abbreviation ISBN);

- title (title) of the publication;

- place of publication;

- year of publication.

The title (title) of non-periodic collections in the footer may be abbreviated: cutting off the last words, omitting words in the middle of the title, replacing individual words or phrases with abbreviations without distorting the meaning.

The header and footer are placed on a separate line at the top or bottom of the page.

6 PUBLISHING DESIGN OF CONTENT

6.1 Content elements

Content elements include:

- name of the section, subsection, cycle, collection;

- information about the published material.

Each content element is placed on a separate line.

The content elements retain the sequence and form of information specified in the published material, except for the cases listed in 6.1.2.1, 6.1.2.2, 6.1.2.4, 6.1.2.5, 6.1.2.7.

The presence of content in the publication is mandatory.

6.1.1. The name of the section, subsection, cycle, collection is given before information about the materials published as part of this section, subsection, cycle, collection.

The name of a section, subsection, cycle, collection is highlighted by printing means.

6.1.2 Information about the published material includes the following elements in the specified sequence:

- author's name;

- title of the published material;

- subheading data;

- information about the compiler and other persons who participated in the work on the material;

- information about the continuation or completion of the published material;

- information about the location of the published material;

- information about the application.

6.1.2.1 The author's name in the content begins with the surname.

The author's name and patronymic may be replaced by initials.

In collective works, the sequence of author names given in the text of the published material is preserved.

Information about the author's academic degree, academic title, position, profession and place of work is not provided.

The author's name is highlighted by printing means.

6.1.2.2 The title of the published material is preserved in the form in which it is given in the text of the published material.

It is not allowed to change the wording of the title of the published material.

Words included in the title denoting an academic degree, academic title, position, profession and place of work of the person to whom the published material is dedicated may be abbreviated in accordance with GOST 7.12.

6.1.2.3 Subtitle data is provided at the discretion of the editor.

6.1.2.4 Information about the author and other persons involved in the work on the material is provided at the discretion of the editors.

The sequence of names of the compilers and other persons who participated in the work on the material, as well as words defining the nature of the work done, and grammatically related information about the language of the text from which the published material is translated, must correspond to the sequence given in the text of the published material.

6.1.2.5 Information about the continuation or termination of material published in parts in several numbers (issues) of a periodical or continuing publication is given in the form:

“Continuation” - for all parts of the material except the first and last;

"End" - for the last part of the material.

6.1.2.6 Information about the location of the published material is indicated by the serial number of the page on which the beginning of the published material is located.

If the published material is printed on the cover of the publication, information about the location of the published material is provided in the form “On the ...th page of the cover” indicating the serial number of the cover page.

If the published material is printed on an insert or insert, information about the location of the published material is given in the form “On the insert (inlay), between the pages...” indicating the serial numbers of the pages of the publication between which the insert or insert is located.

6.1.2.7 Information about the application is provided indicating its location in the publication.

If the application is associated with one of the published materials, information about the application is placed after information about the published material, for example: “From the appendix: Coats of arms of the cities of the Golden Ring of Russia. - On the insert between the pages...” or “From the appendix: Table of city growth , 1995-2000. - For 3-1 pp. region."

6.2 Title of content

The title of the content precedes information about its constituent elements.

6.3 Content location

The contents are placed before or after the text of the publication.

It is recommended to place the content before the materials published in the publication.

7 PAGE NUMBERING OF THE PUBLICATION


The pages of the publication must have serial numbering (pagination).

Only Arabic numerals are used for page numbering in the publication.

Information about the serial number of the page is indicated by a column number and is given at the top or bottom of the page of the publication.

The column number is given in a separate line and is placed on all pages of the publication, except for the pages of the title page and the end title page.

It is allowed to combine a header and header on a page in one line.

The page numbering of the main text of the publication must be continuous.

Continuous numbering of pages of issues within a volume is allowed.

The cover pages are not included in the page numbering of the publication.

8 PUBLISHING DESIGN OF INFORMATION PUBLICATIONS

8.1 Elements of publishing design of information publications include:

8.2 Elements of publishing design of bibliographic and abstract publications include:

- classification indices, including the UDC index;

- title of the section (subsection);

- information about the compilers of the section (subsection);

- information about the editors of the section (subsection);

- preface;

- manual for using the publication;

- classification scheme;

- system of links;

- auxiliary signs;

- list of abbreviations and symbols;


- running title.

Note - Mandatory elements of publishing design are highlighted in italics (auxiliary indexes are required only for abstract publications).

8.2.1 Classification indices must comply with classification systems in accordance with GOST 7.59.

Classification indices are placed before the name of the section (subsection).

The UDC index of a section (subsection) is given for materials on natural and technical topics.

8.2.2 The names of sections (subsections) must correspond to the classification scheme adopted for this publication.

The names of sections (subsections) are highlighted by printing means.

8.2.3 Information about the compilers of a section (subsection) is placed after the title of the corresponding section (subsection): “Compiled by N.V. Ivanov.”

It is allowed to provide information about the academic title, academic degree of the compiler of the section (subsection) in full or abbreviated form. Abbreviations - according to GOST 7.12.

8.2.4 Information about the editors of the section (subsection) is placed after the name of the corresponding section (subsection): “Editor V.I. Petrov”, “Scientific editor K.M. Sidorov”.

It is allowed to provide information about the academic title or academic degree of the section (subsection) editor in full or abbreviated form. Abbreviations - according to GOST 7.12.

8.2.5 Preface, manual for using the publication, classification scheme, reference system, auxiliary indexes, list of abbreviations and symbols - in accordance with GOST 7.23.

8.2.6 In bibliographic and abstract publications, it is recommended to use a footer located on the left and right pages of the publication.

The footer contains:

- the first identification (serial) number of the bibliographic record on the page;

- title (name) of the publication or key title of the publication (title in the form established when assigning an ISSN);

- year of publication;

- volume and (or) issue number of the publication;

- title of the section (subsection);

- the last identification (serial) number of the bibliographic record on the page.

8.3 Elements of publishing design for review articles published in review publications include:

- information about the compilers (authors);

- title of the review article;


- subheading data;

-UDC index;

- keywords;

-list of information sources used;

- list of abbreviations and symbols.

8.3.1 Information about the compilers is formatted in the same way as information about the authors.

Information about the compilers (authors) of the review article is placed before the title of the review article.

The design and arrangement of information about the compilers in a review publication containing one review article is in accordance with GOST 7.4.

8.3.2 The title of the review article is placed before the text of the review article.

The title of the review article is highlighted by printing means.

8.3.3 Subtitle information includes information that explains the title of the review article.

Subtitle data is placed after the title of the review article.

8.3.4 The UDC index is given for review articles on natural and technical topics.

The UDC index is placed before the information about the compilers (authors) of the review article in a separate line (on the left).

8.3.5 Keywords - see 5.9.

8.3.6 The list of information sources used is placed after the text of the review article.

1 AREA OF USE

This standard applies to materials published in text-based scientific and production-practical journals, collections and information publications, and establishes requirements for elements of publishing design, form, sequence and location.

The standard does not apply to materials published in newspapers.

The standard is mandatory for publishers and printing enterprises, regardless of their organizational and legal structure, departmental affiliation and form of ownership...

3. DEFINITIONS

3.1. The following terms with corresponding definitions are used in this standard:

3.1.1. An article is a work that thoroughly covers a topic, idea, question, containing elements of their analysis and intended for a periodical, ongoing publication or non-periodical collection as an integral part of its main text.

3.1.2. A review article is a publication containing a summary description, analysis and assessment of the state of science, technology, literature and art for a certain period.

3.1.1. An editorial is a leading article in a periodical, devoted to the most important, fundamental issues, expressing the point of view of the editorial board or institution (organization), of which this publication is a body, and published at the very beginning of the publication.

3.1.4. Report – a message on a scientific topic at an educational meeting or at a congress, conference, meeting, etc., containing a report on activities or a plan for upcoming events.

3.1.5. Message – material on a scientific topic at a scientific meeting, congress, conference, meeting, etc.

3.1.6. A review is a work containing an analysis and reasoned assessment of the author's original or published publication.

3.1.7. Theses are concisely formulated provisions and thoughts published before the start of the conference, symposium and congress.

3.1.8. A letter to the editor is a form of speech in which the author brings to the attention of the general public a fact or raises a question for public discussion.

3.1.9. Information publication – according to GOST 7.23.

3.1.10. Intra-journal (intra-book) bibliographic indexes (lists, reviews) - according to GOST 7.0.

3.1.11. Key title - according to GOST 7.27.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The standard regulates the publishing design of the following materials:

Articles, including editorials, review articles; reports and communications, abstracts of reports and communications, resolutions, recommendations and other materials of conferences, meetings, congresses, etc.;

Intra-journal (intra-book) bibliographic indexes (lists, reviews), except for current and retrospective “Index of Contents” for journals;

Brief scientific communications (letters to the editor);

Reviews;

Information publications (bibliographic, abstract, review).

4.2. The set of publishing design elements and their location depend on the type of material being published.

The form of presentation, sequence and location of elements of publishing design must be uniform in all issues (issues) of the publication.

Elements of publishing design are given in the language of the published material.

4.3. It is allowed to use additional elements of publishing design.

5. PUBLISHING DESIGN OF MATERIALS IN MAGAZINES AND COLLECTIONS

5.1. Elements of publishing materials include:

Subheading data;

UDC index;

Abstract, resume;

Keywords;

Article bibliographic lists;

Information about the language of the text from which the published material is translated;

Date of receipt of the manuscript by the editor (editorial board);

Application;

Note;

Title of the section, subsection, cycle, collection;

Running title.

Notes: 1. The specified elements of publishing design (except for summary, keywords and footer) are required for scientific publications.

2. Mandatory elements of publishing design for production and practical publications are highlighted.

Information about the continuation or end of the published material is required when publishing material with a gap of one publication (number, issue) or in parts in periodical or continuing publications.

Elements of publishing design, located after the text of the published material, if there is a bibliographic list attached to the article, are placed after it.

Information about manuscripts of articles sent by the editors (editorial board) for deposit is prepared in accordance with the requirements of clauses 5.2, 5.5-5.7, 5.10, 5.12, 5.15.

Academic title, academic degree;

Position or profession;

Place of work (name of institution or organization, locality);

In cases where the use of a patronymic is not accepted, one initial or first name is given.

Information about the academic title, academic degree, position, profession, place of work, name of the country is indicated at the discretion of the editors in full or abbreviated form after the name of the author. Abbreviations – according to GOST 7.12. To indicate the place of work and the name of the country, the use of abbreviations is allowed.

When replacing the title of a review with a bibliographic description of the work being reviewed, information about the author of the review is placed after the text of the published material, on the right.

5.3. Information about the compilers

5.3.1. Information about the compilers is prepared in accordance with clause 5.2.1.

Information about the compilers is used when publishing intra-journal (in-book) bibliographic indexes (lists, reviews).

Before the name of the compiler, words are given that define the nature of the work done, for example, “Compiler”, “Compiled”, etc.

5.3.2. Information about the compilers is placed after the text of the published material, on the right.

5.4. Information about the persons who participated in the work on the material (translators, persons who prepared the material for publication, artists, photographers, etc.)

5.4.1. The name of the person who participated in the work on the material is given in the form: initials or initial and surname, first and surname, pseudonym.

Before the name of the person who participated in the work on the material, words are given that define the nature of the work done.

Before the name of the translator, with words defining the nature of the work done, information about the language from which the published material is translated is indicated.

5.4.2. Information about the persons who participated in the work on the material is placed after the text of the published material, on the right.

5.5. Title of the published material

5.5.1. Publication of materials listed in 4.1 without a title is not permitted.

The title of the review may be replaced with a bibliographic description of the work being reviewed. Bibliographic description – according to GOST 7.1.

It is not allowed to include in the title of the published material the name of the section, subsection, cycle, collection where it is published.

When publishing material in parts in several issues (issues) of a periodical or continuing publication, it is not allowed to change the title of the published material.

The title of the published material is highlighted by printing means.

5.5.2. The title of the published material is placed before the text of the published material.

5.6. Subheading data

5.6.1. Subtitle data of the published material includes:

Information explaining the title of the published material;

Information about the type of published material, including the wording “Literature review”, “Review of letters”, “Review ...” in review publications, if they are not given in the title of the published material, the title of a section, half-section, cycle, collection, title (title) or subtitle data of the publication;

Serial number of the part of the published material;

Bibliographic description of the work being reviewed and reviews with their own title - in accordance with GOST 7.1;

Place and date (day, month, year) of the conference, meeting, congress, etc. – in reports and communications, abstracts of reports and communications, in materials of conferences, meetings, congresses, etc., if they are not indicated in the title of the published material, the title of the section, subsection, cycle, collection, title (title) or subtitle data of the publication .

5.6.2. Subtitle data is placed after the title of the published material.

5.7.1. The UDC index is given for articles reflecting all areas of scientific, practical and cultural activity.

When publishing a resume in several languages, it is allowed to replace the abstract in Russian with a resume in Russian.

5.8.2. Abstracts are provided for articles (except for editorials), reports and communications, short scientific communications (letters to the editor).

An abstract in the language of the text of the published material is placed before the text of the published material after the title and subtitle data.

The summary is placed after the text of the published material, information about the persons who participated in the work on the material, information about the language of the text from which the published material was translated, the date of receipt of the manuscript by the editorial board (editorial board) and annotations in Russian.

5.9. Keywords

5.9.1. Keywords are selected from the text of the published material and highlighted by printing means.

5.9.2. Keywords of articles (except for editorials), reports and communications, abstracts of reports and communications, short scientific communications (letters to the editor) are placed on a separate line immediately after the title, before the text of the published material.

5.10. Article bibliographic lists

5.10.1. In the title of an article bibliographic list I use the word “List” (for example, “List of ... literature”, “Bibliographic list ...”, etc.). It is not allowed to use the word “Bibliography” in the title of a bibliographic list.

Bibliographic descriptions in article bibliographic lists are compiled in accordance with GOST 7.1.

Bibliographic entries in attached bibliographic lists must be numbered.

5.10.2. Article bibliographic lists for articles, reports and communications, short scientific communications (letters to the editor) and reviews are placed immediately after the text of the published material.

It is allowed not to include bibliographic lists of articles in reviews.

5.11. Information about the language of the text from which the published material is translated

When publishing materials translated from the languages ​​of the peoples of the CIS countries and foreign languages, information about the original language is placed after the text of the published material, on the right.

5.12. Date of receipt of the manuscript by the editor (editorial board)

5.12.1. The date of receipt of the manuscript by the editor (editorial board) is indicated in Arabic numerals: two digits each for the day, month and year.

The date of receipt of the manuscript by the editor (editorial board) may be preceded by the words: “Received...”, “The material was received by the editor (editorial board)...”, etc.

5.12.2. The date of receipt of the manuscript by the editor (editorial board) in articles (except translated articles), intra-journal (in-book) bibliographic reviews and short scientific communications (letters to the editor) is placed after the text of the published material.

5.13. Information about the continuation or completion of published material

When publishing material in parts in several numbers (issues) of a periodical or continuing publication, at the end of each part, except the last, put the note “To be continued (end).”

On the page at the beginning of each subsequent part of the published material in a periodical or continuing publication, in a footnote or before the text, put the note “Continuation (end)” and indicate the number(s) of the issue(s) of the publication in which the previous parts of the published work were published material.

When publishing material with a gap in one publication (issue, issue), at the end of each part, except the last, put the note “Continuation (end) on p. …”.

On the page at the beginning of each subsequent part of the material published in one publication (number, issue), a note “Continuation (end)” is placed before the text of the material. Starts on p. …”.

5.14. Application

5.14.1. The appendix to the published material is given with its own title.

Information about the material to which the application relates (name of the author and/or title of the material) is given in the subtitle data of the application, if it is not included in the title of the application.

In the title or subtitle data of the appendix to the main published material, information is provided that the material is an appendix.

If there are two or more applications, they must be numbered.

5.14.2. An application not related to the published materials.

In the subtitle data of an application that is not related to any of the materials published in the publication, the title (title) of the publication in which the application is published (if this title (name) is not indicated in the title of the application).

5.15. Note

5.15.1. A note containing a bibliographic reference is formatted according to GOSTT 7.1.

When publishing materials translated from the languages ​​of the peoples of the Russian Federation and foreign languages, information about the publication from which the published material is translated is indicated in the note.

When reprinting published material, information about the publication from which the published material is reprinted is indicated in the note; the note is given only in the form of a bibliographic reference.

5.17. Running title

The columns of periodical and continuing publications include the following elements in the specified sequence:

The title (title) of non-periodic collections in the footer may be abbreviated: cutting off the last words, omitting words in the middle of the title, replacing individual words or phrases with abbreviations without distorting the meaning.

6. PUBLISHING DESIGN OF CONTENT

6.1.1. The name of the section, subsection, cycle, collection is given before information about the materials published as part of this section, subsection, cycle, collection.

The name of a section, subsection, cycle, collection is highlighted by printing means.

6.1.2. Information about the published material includes the following elements in the specified sequence:

In collective works, the sequence of author names given in the text of the published material is preserved.

It is not allowed to change the wording of the title of the published material.

Words included in the title denoting an academic degree, academic title, position, profession and place of work of the person to whom the published material is dedicated may be abbreviated in accordance with GOST 7.12.

The sequence of names of the compilers and other persons who participated in the work on the material, as well as words defining the nature of the work done, and grammatically related information about the language of the text from which the published material is translated, must correspond to the sequence given in the text of the published material.

6.1.2.5. Information about the continuation or termination of material published in parts in several issues (issues) of a periodical or continuing publication is given in the form:

“Continuation” – for all parts of the material except the first and last.

“End” – for the last part of the material.

6.1.2.6. Information about the location of the published material is indicated by the serial number of the page on which the beginning of the published material is located.

If the published material is printed on the cover of the publication, information about the location of the published material is given in the form “On ... th p. region.” indicating the serial number of the cover page.

8.2.6. In bibliographic abstract publications, it is recommended to use a footer located on the left and right pages of the publication.
