Offers:

Professional welding machine UDGU-302 for welding with a non-consumable electrode in an inert gas environment:
The welding installation UDGU-302 is designed for argon-arc welding on direct current of stainless and low-carbon steels, copper-nickel and titanium alloys, and on alternating current - aluminum and its alloys.
The UDGU-302 welding installation provides smooth regulation of the welding current and non-contact excitation of the arc using a high-frequency exciter.

When welding with alternating current, the ratio between the positive and negative half-waves of the welding current is regulated. As the positive half-wave increases, the cleaning effect improves, and as the negative half-wave increases, the melting effect improves. When the optimal ratio is established, a well-protected seam with the necessary penetration is obtained.
The UDGU-302 welding installation has automatic purging of the gas path before ignition of the arc and a delay in turning off the gas after the end of welding with the help of regulating their time.
High-quality welding is made possible by an automatic increase in the welding current at the beginning of welding and a smooth decrease in the welding current at the end (crater filling).
When welding with alternating current, stabilization of the arc combustion and regulation of the constant component are ensured.

By establishing the optimal ratio between the half-waves, a well-cleaned seam with the necessary penetration is obtained.

UDG-501-1
- Powerful unit for welding aluminum and its alloys using alternating current.

Current stabilization during network voltage fluctuations is provided in all units of this series (UDG-3010, UDGU-302 and UDG-501-1).

The pulse welding mode is implemented in the UDG-3010 and UDGU-302 installations, as well as in the ADM-251 module. When pulse welding, the current automatically changes between high level pulse welding current and low level pauses.

The settings are continuously adjustable:

Connector block

The magnitude of the pulse current;
- pause current value;
- pulse duration;
- duration of the pause.

Connection of TIG welding machines is possible for the UDGU-302 and UDG-501-1 installations.

The connector block, which can be equipped with the UDGU-302 and UDG-501-1 installations, allows you to significantly increase the distance from the installation to the welding site - 15 m.
