Experienced and novice users of 1C programs are invited to participate - accountants, economists, 1C consultants, IT specialists, personnel records, lawyers and students of relevant fields.
Every year thousands of professionals from dozens of cities across the country join this event - from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok, from Arkhangelsk to Barnaul. Who is the organizer of the competition?
“Best User of the 1C:ITS Information System” is held annually by 1C and its partners. In the cities of Naberezhnye Chelny, Yelabuga and Almetyevsk, the organizer of the competition is our company - LIST Group of Companies. As per tradition, the contestants will face interesting tests, tricky professional questions and fun creative tasks.
Participation is FREE.
What is the prize fund?
Participants can choose one of three professional nominations:
- "Accounting and Taxation"
- "Personnel and labor law»
- "1C:Enterprise 8 - development and administration"
This means that not one “Best User” will be determined, but three - one for each nomination. For high results in the qualifying round, the contestants are awarded personalized “1C:ITS Professional” certificates. The winners of the regional round will receive gifts from 1C and partners.

How is the competition going?
In 2017, the competition is being held for the sixth time and includes three rounds:
- qualifying (online - from April 5 to July 24 inclusive)
- regional (September 8 simultaneously in 60 cities of Russia)
- final (October 10 on the eve of the autumn Unified Seminar “1C”)

Results of the regional round of the competition
8 September at 2 p.m. Center for the "LIST Firm" in the city. Naberezhnye Chelny and Yelabuga held the regional round of the competition “Best user of the 1C:ITS information system - 2017”.

In the category "Accounting and Tax Accounting"
1st place – Olga Petrovna Yuganova (Elabuga),
2nd place – Guzalya Galimzhanovna Mukhitdinova (Naberezhnye Chelny),
3rd place – Guzaliya Nailovna Shaidullina (Nurlat).
In the category “1C:Enterprise 8 – development and administration”
1st place was taken by Olga Igorevna Razdobreeva (Elabuga).
In the nomination “Personnel records and labor law”
1st place – Gulnaz Muhammetovna Shageeva (Naberezhnye Chelny)

The final of the VI All-Russian professional competition “Best User of the 1C:ITS Information System” took place in Cheboksary. Over 9,000 1C users from all over Russia took part in the qualifying competitions. The 1C company invited the twenty strongest to the final.
Every year, thousands of professionals – accountants – compete for the title of “Best User of the 1C:ITS Information System” commercial organizations and public sector, IT specialists, personnel officers from hundreds of Russian cities. This year the competition was held for the sixth time, and 428 people applied for one place in the final. Qualifying rounds from April to September took place in Murmansk, Irkutsk, Togliatti, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Rostov-on-Don, Cheboksary, Novosibirsk and other cities of Russia.
Leading partners of the 1C company from 60 regions of Russia organized the in-person intermediate rounds of the competition. The co-organizer of the final was the Leader Soft company - 1C Support Center in Cheboksary.
During the qualifying competitions, participants completed professional testing using the 1C:ITS information system, as well as intellectual cases and creative tasks.
Selection tests were carried out in three categories: “Accounting and tax accounting”, “HR accounting and labor law” and “1C: Enterprise 8 - development and administration”. The 20 strongest participants were invited to the finals in Cheboksary.
In the finals, the contestants passed several serious tests aimed at testing professional knowledge and ability to use modern programs and 1C services in daily work.
The first part of the final took place in individual testing mode. The finalists used the 1C:ITS information system to prepare answers to thematic assignments on accounting, tax, personnel records, setting up and administering 1C programs (depending on the chosen nomination). The second part of the tests allowed to reveal the creative potential of the participants - the contestants prepared speeches during which they talked about the possibilities effective use 1C services in non-standard situations.
Summing up the results of the competition and the award ceremony took place during the Unified 1C seminar for accountants and managers on the stage of the Yakov Ukhsay Palace of Culture, Cheboksary. The winners were awarded by the head of the department of development and operation of services of the 1C company Lyudmila Golitsyna and the director of the Leader Soft company Marina Mandrakova.
The absolute winners of the competition, holders of the main prizes and the title “Best user of the 1C:ITS information system 2017” were:
- Alena Tokareva(Syktyvkar) in the category “Accounting and Tax Accounting”;
- Natalia Denikova(Abakan) in the nomination “Personnel records and labor law”;
- Ilya Kozlov(Stavropol) in the category “1C:Enterprise 8 - development and administration.”
The winners of the competition received certificates worth 150 thousand rubles, modern and powerful laptops, memorable diplomas and 1C:ITS gold figurines as a gift for first place.
Vice-winners were also determined in each category:
- Evgenia Kovalevskaya(Krasnodar) and Tatyana Anisimova(St. Petersburg) in the category “Accounting and Tax Accounting”;
- Ekaterina Oleneva(St. Petersburg) and Marina Tretyakova(Ekaterinburg) in the nomination “Personnel records and labor law”;
- Konstantin Kupryukhin(St. Petersburg) and Dmitry Sysoev(Nizhny Novgorod) in the category “1C:Enterprise 8 - development and administration.”
Prizes for the vice-winners are silver 1C:ITS figurines, commemorative diplomas and smartphones.

The competition lived up to expectations! I remember the tasks with leasing (it turned out to be quite difficult) and about commission agreements - I had never encountered this. This is not the first time I have participated in the competition, and every year I return here to hone my skills, because it is impossible to know everything. And I learn something new - like today I learned more about the commission, for example. Of course, the 1C:ITS information system helped - everything is there necessary information. Use the 1C:ITS website - there is a lot of information, both theory and practice, that an accountant needs!

I have been participating in the competition for several years in a row. I started with student competitions - in accounting, then I learned about adult competitions and have been taking part in the “Best ITS User” for several years now, and today I took second place. It was unexpected, all the participants were very strong, with high scores in the qualifying round. To win this competition, you need to study, study the legislation and the 1C:ITS information system - a very useful thing! After all, to find information, there is no more convenient tool. Everything is well organized as always! There were difficult tasks: for example, on registering land plots, I actually did not encounter this in my work, I had to look for information. I advise future participants of the competition to participate in any case. Study ITS as a system, use it in practice, study accounting and tax accounting.

Journey to the final
- The peculiarity of the competition is that the final rounds are held in picturesque corners of our Motherland, cities with rich history and culture. In 2012 and 2013, the finalists were hosted by Vologda, in 2014 by Stavropol, in 2015 by Nizhny Novgorod, and in 2016 by Yekaterinburg.
- In 2017, the final will be held in Cheboksary, the capital of Chuvashia, a well-groomed and comfortable city. Co-organizer of the final is the company "Garant-Leader Soft"
- The awards ceremony for the winners of the competition takes place as part of the autumn Unified 1C Seminar.
- The winners are traditionally awarded by the management of the 1C company.
- After summing up the results of the competition, there will be a festive buffet and a tour of Cheboksary for all participants in the finals.
