B. TKACHUK: So, there is a certain order that is observed. Three days of announcement hung at all stops.

B. TKACHUK: Yes, for everyone. Also, sites. The site of our "Mosgortrans", the Department of Transport and Communications, as if there were oral messages in the rolling stock that here ...

Because in 2005, on our own initiative, I mean Mosgortrans, we organized night routes, but after a year and a half, we closed them. Well, because they weren't in demand. But time has passed, sorry 8 years, right? Not only we are changing, but the city is also changing, the need for night movements is felt. Many supermarkets are open there, cinemas, cafes that work around the clock. Well, that's why the decision was made by the Department to organize such routes. We said yes, and they were organized. (inaudible) work not bad so far.

O. ZHURAVLEVA: I think that even paid parking at night in the center, it also slightly reorients citizens who suddenly go on some kind of night trip.

B. TKACHUK: Yes, absolutely. Why taxis when there are these directions, they are generally quite interesting.

O. ZHURAVLEVA: Yes, please tell me more, Boris Iosifovich, in principle this transport should run while the metro is closed. Or how?

B. TKACHUK: So?

Do not catch some private trader who is not yet clear where he will take you, but here is a reliable mode of transport that will ensure both safety and comfort of the trip.

O. ZHURAVLEVA: Well, by the way, they ask you about safety. Should there be any special security for night transport? You never know, they will climb into the route there, I don’t know, some night hooligans are tipsy. What will the driver do, what will the passengers do?

B. TKACHUK: Well, you understand, the Glonass system has been working for more than a year, which allows you to communicate with any unit of rolling stock. And therefore, there is a direct connection with the driver, the dispatcher keeps in touch with them, and if anything, there is always 02, 112, the dispatcher ... The police department, as it were, is also in the know, I mean the police. That their routes will probably also be close to ours. But so far there have been no such problems.

O. ZHURAVLEVA: I see. Is it possible to talk about what you received, I don’t know any first reviews there. Maybe there are already some, I don’t know, ideas for new routes on the Mosgortrans website, or has someone already praised these routes?

B. TKACHUK: Not yet, but thank you for now. Not much is true, but there is. More convenient than what? We have Wi-Fi working there, you understand, and now we are analyzing this case. There are a lot of young people, among other things, with (inaudible) who... Our young people are more active at night.

O. ZHURAVLEVA: Tell me, how quickly? After all, it turns out that these routes can correspond to the schedule more than daytime ones. I understand that there are no traffic jams at this time.

B. TKACHUK: Yes, the speed has increased. Here, at least, buses - this is plus 30% somewhere we managed. "Insect" is the same, 30% higher. The “15th” trolleybus is about +15% there, the same tram.

O. ZHURAVLEVA: Well, he still has a speed limit.

Get hooked somewhere from Leningradka, or ride somewhere else along the Garden Ring. But I think it's more educational.

O. ZHURAVLEVA: Entertaining.

A. OSIN: Entertaining, educational. Can somehow change the trend of these routes in this direction? Maybe the prices there may not be so small, but to do more, with some comfort, somehow in this direction. And at the same time, transport is there if someone drove up - and it's good.

B. TKACHUK: Well, the Department and we are now, of course, thinking about this, expanding the complex of all these services, so to speak. But first of all, this is transportation, some kind of targeted trips, you understand? And I think they will appear, and they are already appearing by the way. That's "B" for example, right? This is the Kursk railway station, Paveletsky railway station. They move, they miss the metro, and some of them already use it, you know? In order to drive up. I'll tell you honestly, I once got on the updated tram route on the day it was launched - there was no information even at a major hub near the metro station. It seems to me that this should be monitored very actively.

B. TKACHUK: I agree with you here. You see, we are working in this direction. Individual transport system- this is a whole system that covers just this all. And not only the scoreboard, but the same mobile phone, you understand? By which you can find out at any stop when the bus comes. They are also working in this direction.

O. ZHURAVLEVA: And another question about transport stops. Here, too, I use not only some well-equipped central transport hubs, but also ordinary stops, which are not the most popular ones. In many cases, there is not only a roof, but you will not see a sign for this transport yourself. It's not like you can't read the schedule. Because everything hangs high, on wires, and you can’t always guess which way this tram is going. Are there any innovations in this area? Will you unify the stops, bring them to some common denominator?

B. TKACHUK: Well, they already have such stops in this regard, right? This used to be a tram especially, right? Hanging high, today...

B. TKACHUK: Yes, we could. But the city thinks about everyone, and not just about those who pay big money, so ... We carry everyone, and they only those who pay. Well, maybe there is one...

It is worth emphasizing that dedicated lanes are organized for urban passenger transport, thus Moscow offers significant advantages to passengers. After all, public transport is much more efficient for the city than personal. It occupies less area of ​​the road and, given the shortage of the road network, both in terms of area and length, this is a very reasonable and effective decision that was made by the Moscow Government.

Information Center of the Government of Moscow: It turns out that thanks to the organization of dedicated lanes, the speed of public transport is clearly increasing. But is this a sufficient condition for it to become attractive to Muscovites as an alternative to a personal one?

BT: There are two directions here. The organization of traffic on a separate lane, on the one hand, is an increase in the quality of passenger service, and on the other hand, an increase in the efficiency of the rolling stock on this lane. If we talk about the first direction, this is, first of all, a reduction in the travel time of a passenger. Since the quality of service is determined by the time that a person spends on a trip. Literally the first months of the launch of the very first separate lane on the Volokolamsk highway showed high efficiency her work. The speed of movement increased by 20%, and, accordingly, the intervals on the route were reduced, and of course, as an important consequence, the travel time decreased. Here are a few more figures: the speed of public transport along dedicated lanes on Schelkovskoye Highway also increased by 20%, on Pyatnitskoye Highway - by 22%, along Lipetskaya Street - by 22%, on Borovsky Highway - by 34%, on Andropov Avenue - by 43%.
The second direction is an increase in efficiency, which is achieved by performing more trips with the same rolling stock. In 2010, urban passenger transport stood idle for about a month due to traffic jams. Public transport stopped for a whole month! Imagine how many passengers we could not carry! At the end of 2011, we will sum up new results, but I am sure that today, the forecasts look much more optimistic.

Information Center of the Government of Moscow: Boris Iosifovich, since we started talking about reducing the intervals on the routes, wrapping it in numbers, how much will they decrease?

B.T.: If we talk about today, then we have begun organizing traffic on dedicated bus lanes of accelerated traffic. They got the 900 number. Since the beginning of November, the first express route in the city has been launched in the Western District of Moscow. The first stop of the express bus is Sculptor Mukhina Street in the Novo-Peredelkino area, and the last one is Kyiv railway station. There are eight stops on the route, and the journey time is approximately 50 minutes.
"901" has already gone along Lipetskaya street, "902" - along Borovskoye highway to Novo-Peredelkino, and from Kholmogorskaya street to Rizhsky railway station - "903". On these routes, the intervals that should be on all city routes are observed - this is 5 minutes. However, we plan to reduce them, depending on the passenger traffic.
In the future, in order to popularize the express route, next to the express bus stop, intercepting parking lots will be created so that you can leave your car there and transfer directly to the bus, thereby unloading the central direction.

Information Center of the Moscow Government: In connection with the increase in the speed of public transport, the question that is most relevant for Moscow passengers is: will the fare in public transport increase with the growth of its attractiveness?

BT: No way! In this case, one has nothing to do with the other. Next year, fares for urban passenger transport will not increase (Decree of the Government of Moscow dated November 29, 2011 No. 563-PP).

Information Center of the Government of Moscow: Today, the capital is actively attracting city residents to use public transport. So, for example, in ZelAO, a project was launched to provide free wireless wifi access to the Internet along the route "400", initiated by the Moscow authorities and the MTS company. What next steps will be taken to improve the comfort and attractiveness of public transport?

B.T.: On this moment, all the rolling stock that has been coming to us for two years now are cars with a low floor. In these trains there are places for the disabled, both for wheelchairs and for people with limited mobility. All these buses are equipped with a climate control system: air-conditioned for summer, powerful stoves for winter. Naturally, they are equipped with more comfortable seats, and the rolling stock themselves have become much more reliable.
And as for the free wireless Wi-Fi access to the Internet along the route "400" - this is an approbation of the service that we are currently testing. If everything goes well, and I think it will, then we will implement it on other routes as well.
Speaking of the "900" routes, it is also worth noting that turnstiles are lowered in them to reduce boarding time.
In this situation, a great responsibility lies with the passengers - the city does not cancel the fare, but allows citizens to get on the bus without difficulty. Therefore, all Social responsibility rests with the residents themselves. We appeal to their honesty and integrity. To coordinate the situation, Mosgortrans launched control along the routes both by the forces of the park and by the forces of the city. Therefore, a request to Muscovites is to be more careful when passing through the ASKP system and “validate” your travel document.

Information Center of the Government of Moscow: Is it planned to organize dedicated lanes for public transport in the center of Moscow?

B.T.: If we consider the Garden Ring, then in 2013 it is planned to organize a separate strip. And in the central part of the city, dedicated lanes have been operating for a long time. For example, - Solyanka, the oncoming lane on this street exists only for urban public transport. As well as the streets of Ordynka, Bolshaya Polyanka. Oncoming separate lanes for urban transport have been operating there for a long time and, I think, will continue to function.

Information Center of the Government of Moscow: How is the work on organizing transport hubs going? How many nodes are fully operational in Moscow today, and how many more are planned to open before the end of the year?

B.T.: The problem of organization of transport interchange hubs by Mosgortrans is also being actively monitored along with the city authorities, since this whole range of issues is directly related to improving the quality of service for the population of the capital. The reduction of congestion situations in large passenger-generating hubs, where transfer hubs will be organized, is the first sign of an improvement in the route's operation.
The pilot project at the Planernaya metro station has now been completed. It has its pros and cons. At the Tushinskaya metro station, the organization of transport hubs is coming to an end, and this is being done quite effectively. In the near future, the city plans to introduce another 15 large hubs, they will be organized in a certain way, where passengers will be provided with comfortable conditions for transferring from one type of transport to another - such as Vykhino, Tekstilshchiki, Kuzminki, the transport hub at the station is partially completed "Southwestern". There is also a separate lane. In a word, urban passenger transport feels certain shifts for the better.

In 2010, urban passenger transport stood idle for about a month due to traffic jams. Public transport stopped for a whole month! Imagine how many passengers we could not carry! At the end of 2011, we will sum up new results, but I am sure that today, the forecasts look much more optimistic.

Information Center of the Government of Moscow: Boris Iosifovich, since we started talking about reducing the intervals on the routes, wrapping it in numbers, how much will they decrease?

B.T.: If we talk about today, then we have begun organizing traffic on dedicated bus lanes of accelerated traffic. They got the 900 number. Since the beginning of November, the first express route in the city has been launched in the Western District of Moscow. The first stop of the express bus is Sculptor Mukhina Street in the Novo-Peredelkino area, and the last is the Kyiv railway station. There are eight stops on the route, and the journey time is approximately 50 minutes.
"901" has already gone along Lipetskaya street, "902" - along Borovskoye highway to Novo-Peredelkino, and from Kholmogorskaya street to Rizhsky railway station - "903". On these routes, the intervals that should be on all city routes are observed - this is 5 minutes. However, we plan to reduce them, depending on the passenger traffic.
In the future, in order to popularize the express route, next to the express bus stop, intercepting parking lots will be created so that you can leave your car there and transfer directly to the bus, thereby unloading the central direction.

Information Center of the Moscow Government: In connection with the increase in the speed of public transport, the question that is most relevant for Moscow passengers is: will the fare in public transport increase with the growth of its attractiveness?

BT: No way! In this case, one has nothing to do with the other. Next year, fares for urban passenger transport will not increase (Decree of the Government of Moscow dated November 29, 2011 No. 563-PP).

Information Center of the Government of Moscow: Today, the capital is actively attracting city residents to use public transport. So, for example, in ZelAO, a project was launched to provide free wireless Wi-Fi access to the Internet along the 400 route, initiated by the Moscow authorities and MTS. What next steps will be taken to improve the comfort and attractiveness of public transport?

B.T.: At the moment, all the rolling stock that has been coming to us for two years now are low-floor vehicles. In these trains there are places for the disabled, both for wheelchairs and for people with limited mobility. All these buses are equipped with a climate control system: air-conditioned for summer, powerful stoves for winter. Naturally, they are equipped with more comfortable seats, and the rolling stock themselves have become much more reliable.
And as for the free wireless Wi-Fi access to the Internet along the route "400" - this is an approbation of the service that we are currently testing. If everything goes well, and I think it will, then we will implement it on other routes as well.
Speaking of the "900" routes, it is also worth noting that turnstiles are lowered in them to reduce boarding time.
In this situation, a great responsibility lies with the passengers - the city does not cancel the fare, but allows citizens to get on the bus without difficulty. Therefore, all social responsibility rests with the residents themselves. We appeal to their honesty and integrity. To coordinate the situation, Mosgortrans launched control along the routes both by the forces of the park and by the forces of the city. Therefore, a request to Muscovites is to be more careful when passing through the ASKP system and “validate” your travel document.

Information Center of the Government of Moscow: Is it planned to organize dedicated lanes for public transport in the center of Moscow?

B.T.: If we consider the Garden Ring, then in 2013 it is planned to organize a separate strip. And in the central part of the city, dedicated lanes have been operating for a long time. For example, - Solyanka, the oncoming lane on this street exists only for urban public transport. As well as the streets of Ordynka, Bolshaya Polyanka. Oncoming separate lanes for urban transport have been operating there for a long time and, I think, will continue to function.

Information Center of the Government of Moscow: How is the work on organizing transport hubs going? How many nodes are fully operational in Moscow today, and how many more are planned to open before the end of the year?

B.T.: The problem of organization of transport interchange hubs by Mosgortrans is also being actively monitored along with the city authorities, since this whole range of issues is directly related to improving the quality of service for the population of the capital. The reduction of congestion situations in large passenger-generating hubs, where transfer hubs will be organized, is the first sign of an improvement in the route's operation.
The pilot project at the Planernaya metro station has now been completed. It has its pros and cons. At the Tushinskaya metro station, the organization of transport hubs is coming to an end, and this is being done quite effectively. In the near future, the city plans to introduce another 15 large hubs, they will be organized in a certain way, where passengers will be provided with comfortable conditions for transferring from one type of transport to another - such as Vykhino, Tekstilshchiki, Kuzminki, the transport hub at the station is partially completed "Southwestern". There is also a separate lane. In a word, urban passenger transport feels certain shifts for the better.
