Warranty terms

The warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase*. The seller guarantees proper operation of the product for a period of given period subject to full compliance with the requirements described in the operating instructions and warranty card and provided that the product is used only for personal needs (not related to professional or entrepreneurial activity) and for its intended purpose. During this period, product defects that arose through the fault of the manufacturer will be eliminated free of charge upon presentation of the product, this coupon and a document confirming the fact of purchase to the service centers specified in this warranty coupon. If there is no service center listed in the warranty card in the region where the product is sold, the product may be transferred to the store for further transfer to service. The period for eliminating product defects is determined by the service center individually and is no more than 45 days from the date of acceptance of the product from the buyer. The warranty is extended while the product is in the service center. Opening the product or attempting repairs for any reason outside of warranty service will clearly void this warranty.

2. Damage (internal or external) caused by any external mechanical impact, shock or vibration loads, application of external force to parts of the product: broken or fallen glass, cracks, scratches, scuffs, chips, deformation of materials and parts, breakage or bending of the transfer head axis , curvature of the wheel axes and balance, deformation of the plates, rupture or stretching of parts, tearing of the case lugs for fastening the bracelet, etc.;
3. Damage to the watch by water as a result of violation of operating rules. Watches marked “Water resistance” and “Water resistance 30 m” are not intended for swimming. Do not operate the crown or buttons of the watch while the watch is in water;
4. Damage caused by contact with the product of caustic chemicals or solvents: alkalis, acids, mercury and its vapor, plastic solvents, etc.;
5. Damage to products due to foreign objects, substances or insects getting inside;
6. Damage to the calendar mechanism due to the user changing the date or week between 23.00 and 04.00 hours (when the automatic date change mechanism is activated).
7. Other damage caused by intentional or careless actions of the buyer or violation of operating rules.

Terms of warranty service:

1) The warranty period for watches purchased in our store is 36 months from the date of sale.

2) You can use the warranty at any service center in Russia during the warranty period specified in the warranty card (the list can be found in the warranty card).

3) After the period specified in the warranty card has expired, you can take advantage of an additional warranty from our store. To do this, you will need to contact us and send the watch to us in St. Petersburg at your own expense (if you are from another city) or bring it to our warehouse yourself (if you are from St. Petersburg) for further transfer to the service center.

4) If the service center confirms that the watch is defective, we will fully compensate for the cost of shipping the watch in BOTH directions, if you are not from St. Petersburg.

5) The guarantee from our store is carried out according to a document confirming the purchase from us. This could be a delivery note or cash receipt, depending on your method of payment and delivery.

6) Please note that repairs will be carried out by employees of an authorized service center in the same way as during the warranty period. Thus, our additional warranty from the store is no different from the manufacturer’s warranty; it is an extended version of it.

7) The warranty is valid if the warranty card and the defective product are presented. The warranty covers product defects caused by the manufacturer. Replacement of faulty parts and related work is carried out free of charge. The warranty period is extended while the product is under repair.

During the warranty period is allowed and is not a defect:

1. Discharge of the battery installed in the product by the manufacturer. The battery can be replaced at the service center free of charge during the warranty period. 4. Damage to the calendar mechanism due to the user moving the hands between 23.00 and 04.00 hours (when the mechanism for automatically changing the date and day of the week is activated).

5. Damage caused by the penetration of foreign objects, substances or insects into the product.

6. Damage caused by exposure to caustic chemicals or solvents.

Warranty repairs are not provided in the following cases:

1. Violation of operating rules or use of the product for other purposes.

2. There is no warranty card.

Guarantee period- the period during which the seller or manufacturer guarantees the proper functioning of the purchased product, subject to full compliance with the requirements described in the operating instructions and warranty card.   • . deviation of the second hand from the scale division strokes in sizes exceeding half of the second division (clause 4.27 of the Interstate Standard *)
  • . play of the hour and minute hands within the limits specified in the instructions, warranty card or regulations
  • . deviation of the average daily running accuracy within the value specified in the instructions, warranty card or standards

Although battery discharge is not considered a malfunction; to replace it, you should contact only the service centers indicated in the warranty card (authorized). Otherwise, the watch may not be opened properly and a full range of services will not be provided (for example, a leak test, which is extremely necessary for waterproof watches), which may result in a breakdown and the loss of the right to repair under warranty.

It is important to note that the warranty applies ONLY to defects in goods, caused by the manufacturer.
The warranty does not apply to:

  1. Battery life
  2. Products showing signs of abuse:
