Sulfur plant nelson index. Methodology for choosing a variant of innovative development of a petrochemical enterprise

On January 18, 2017, the Zapolyarye-Purpe oil trunk pipeline was put into operation. The launch of the new oil pipeline was carried out by the President Russian Federation Vladimir Putin via videoconference from Moscow.

Reported on the readiness of the facilities of the Zapolyarye-Purpe oil pipeline for operation from the pumping room of the main oil pumping station Zapolyarye (YaNAO) via video link CEO Transneft-Siberia JSC Viktor Bronnikov.

The Zapolyarye - Purpe oil pipeline with a length of 488 km and a capacity of up to 45 million tons per year is part of the Zapolyarye - Purpe - Samotlor pipeline system. The commissioning of the new facility will make it possible to supply oil from new fields in the north of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug to Russian refineries, as well as for export. At present, the total length of the Zapolyarye - Purpe - Samotlor pipeline system, passing through the territory of two constituent entities of the Russian Federation: Yamalo-Nenets and Khanty-Mansiysk autonomous regions, is almost 1 thousand kilometers.

Oil pipeline Zapolyarye - Purpe - unique project, in the implementation of which were used latest methods construction and innovative technologies. When designing the pipeline, taking into account the conditions of oil transportation and the complex engineering and geological conditions of the area, two methods of laying were determined: underground and aboveground. Previously, Transneft did not use the above-ground method of building oil pipelines in such conditions.

The first joint of the Zapolyarye - Purpe highway was welded in March 2012. The construction of the oil pipeline was carried out in extremely difficult natural and climatic conditions. Successful completion of construction in such short time became possible thanks to the participation of more than 8 thousand workers, more than 1.5 thousand units of heavy equipment were involved.

Among the facilities of the oil pipeline, two new oil pumping stations were built - the head PS Zapolyarye, the intermediate PS Yamal. Work has been carried out to expand the existing linear production and dispatching station "Pur-Pe", eight oil heating points have been built, a production site in the village. Korotchaevo and the building of the administration of the Urengoy administration of the main oil pipelines. All facilities are equipped with advanced Russian-made equipment.

As part of the implementation of the Zapolyarye-Purpe Pipeline System project, Transneft is carrying out large-scale work to develop the network of social infrastructure in the Far North. As part of the project, new jobs were organized, residential buildings were built, Kindergarten, sports complex, new roads, modern engineering networks, bridge crossings.

The site of the future PS-3 is located three kilometers from the existing Pur-Pe LPDS. The allotted area is 32 hectares. The station will include 45 main facilities. Tanks for oil storage, a booster pumping station, a dirt filter, a pressure control unit, a frequency-controlled converter, a boiler house, diesel power station, control room with KTP and indoor switchgear, closed parking of equipment, service building, fire extinguishing pumping station, fire-fighting water tanks, drinking water supply pumping station, arterial wells, lightning rods and searchlight masts, automation and fire extinguishing systems, security fence with integrated system perimeter security, etc. That is, the station will be completely autonomous from the existing Pur-Pe LPDS site.

At present, the installation of cable racks for laying power cables, automation and telemechanics cables, water supply, heating and fire extinguishing pipelines is ongoing at the facility. The builders expect to mount the main buildings in the summer and close their thermal circuit in order to ensure the scope of work on winter period for interior decoration and installation of internal engineering communications.

Work is also in full swing on the construction of oil storage tanks. It is planned to build four tanks with a volume of 20 thousand m3 each, as well as two RVS-5000 m3 for emergency oil discharge at the station. At present, work on the installation of 4 out of 6 foundations for tanks has been completed. The beginning of the installation of steel structures is scheduled for May, the admission procedure is currently underway contractor for welding work.

Before the start of frosts, which in Yamal sometimes begin at the end of summer, builders need not only to build tanks, but also to conduct their hydraulic tests. At the moment in construction work about 200 people and about 70 pieces of equipment are involved, but very soon their number will increase significantly. People arrive, change depending on the work being done, and a colossal amount of work is planned for the upcoming warm period. Delivery of PS "Pur-Pe-3" is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2015.

The Zapolyarye-Purpe oil pipeline will connect the Yamal fields with the Eastern Siberia - Pacific Ocean oil pipeline. The length of the "Zapolyarye-Purpe" will be 490 kilometers, the capacity - 45 million tons per year. In January 2014, Transneft President Nikolai Tokarev announced that the company expects to commission the Zapolyarye-Purpe oil pipeline ahead of schedule - in the first quarter of 2016.
