Using the Cremu fiscal registrar emulator. Connecting a cash register emulator and how to work with it 1c 8.3 fiscal registrar emulator driver

The connection process is extremely simple and for a successful connection fiscal registrar and we need very little scanner, namely:

Latest version of 1C Retail (At the time of writing, version Retail 2.0.7.6)

Latest driver version Atol: KKM driver v.6.18 (haven’t tried it with version 8)

Let's get started:

Step 1

On the “Administration” tab, go to “Setting up accounting parameters” and check the box - “Use connected equipment.”

Step 2

Fiscal registrar

Connecting the Fiscal Registrar (click to enlarge the picture)

Select a handler from the list provided:

I will look at the example of “ATOL: Fiscal Registrars”. It is worth paying attention to interesting fact— added a fiscal registrar emulator. The emulator is suitable for those who have an autonomous cash register and don’t want to pay for the RF at all, but give them accounting. Select the required driver, workplace and save the card.

Step 3

Step 4

We go to the settings, if everything is good, we see:

Please note that the driver from Atol Group must be installed, otherwise nothing will work! For those who don't work, close 1C and install the driver latest version from the office Atol website.

In the list of models we find the hardware we need, if it is not found there, then we make sure once again that we have the latest versions of 1C and Drivers. If not, then we update 1C from the official website (updates from the website are available only if you have a valid ITS, if you don’t have one lying around, then welcome to the franchisee - Maintenance of 1C software products in St. Petersburg).

We configure the required port, speed, timeout. Click “Functions” - “Device Test”. Everything is ok, it worked! Let's move on to the ShK scanner.

Connecting a barcode scanner:

As you can see in the screenshot, we have three options, each of them will require a driver. The driver from Atol is a paid one; you will need a security key to use it. The SCANCODE driver is designed to work with CipherLab scanners. 1C: Barcode scanners are a free driver, that’s what we’ll use.

You can download it from the 1C website (users.v8.1c.ru), install it.

For people who have never dealt with commercial equipment, there is an opportunity to learn how to work with fiscal registrars using the fiscal registrar emulator Cremu (Cash Register Emulator). Cremu is an emulator of fiscal registrars SP101FR-K, SP402FR-K and SP412FR. IN the necessary minimum For the operation of the FR, emulators of the buyer's display, thermal printer and ECLZ have been implemented.

Installation description:

For the emulator to work, you need a virtual pair of COM ports. Usually the computer already has one COM1 port or none at all. Let's create two ports - COM5 (with this name it is easier to configure the software) and CNCB0 (this is the default name in com0com, it does not have of great importance, but this is what is specified by default in the emulator settings). Download the COM port emulator com0com from the link
Immediately after installing this driver, com0com/Setup Command Prompt will appear in the list of programs - this is a virtual port management console and Setup - a GUI application for managing virtual ports. Installation creates a pair of ports
CNCA0 and CNCB0. CNCA0 must be renamed to COM5.

The operation of a virtual pair of COM ports can be checked using the Hyperterminal program. Run Start->Run->hypertrm.exe, any connection name, select COM5 port. Next, launch another hypertrm.exe, selecting port CNCB0.

Text typed in one hyperterminal window should appear in another.

and run cremu.exe sp101frk.conf.

In the folder with the cremu.exe program there is a folder FRTools 2.5.1.9. You can use the FRTools program to check the operation of the emulator. For example:

The completed test should appear on the buyer's display.

Open Administration -> Connected equipment settings -> Connected equipment. We add a fiscal registrar with a driver handler “ATOL: Fiscal registrars”. Click the “Configure” button and agree to install the driver, select the model and COM port, the PONE device password, and run Options->Device Test.

The receipt will be printed in the emulator window.

The price of the product is always 10 rubles. due to limitations of the ATOL driver demo mode. In UT 10 there are no such restrictions, the emulator is connected external processing, downloaded from the website of the Service Plus company.

It's no secret that innovations are quickly gaining popularity, replacing everything that is outdated. This happened with stationary cash registers, which were successfully replaced by their automated mini-copies in the form of fiscal registrars. Fiscal registrar is a special cash machine, designed to control cash settlements in trade. It works from the computer on which it is installed software to manage the fiscal registrar, providing accounting for sales transactions.

The operation of the registrar is possible only if you have the 1C accounting program, which is installed on the computer for automatic issuance of settlement receipts.

Connecting a fiscal device is quite difficult, since manufacturers provide drivers that cause difficulties in management, and the instructions are formulated in a completely incomprehensible language, while manufacturers claim that connecting their products is very simple.

What are the consequences of incorrectly connecting the fiscal registrar to the 1C program? That's right, a lot of problems, such as errors in counting Money and incorrect output of data on the check. Let's see how to connect a barcode scanner to 1C Trade Management.

So, to connect we need:

We connect FR. To connect the device to a computer, you need to turn it upside down, remove the cover (it is usually screwed on with one small screw), under which there is a panel with 8 switches, after which you need to put one of the switches in the “up” position, but which one them - this is already clearly indicated in the instructions, but often this is the third switch.

We screw the FR cover back as it was, after which the device is ready to connect via a USB cable to a computer.

If you did the previous steps correctly, then after connecting the FR to Windows, it automatically finds the connected device and requests installation of the driver, so we immediately take the media with the driver and run the installation file to install it into the system.

After installing the driver, a problem may appear warning that it was installed incorrectly, but do not worry, because the problem is not with it, but with the automatic driver update using Windows.

So, the driver has successfully started working, and we continue the setup. To do this, we take the following steps:

Typically, DF is used at once to work with several programs that need a separate COM port (we install the COM port emulator Virtual Serial Ports Emulator if you do not have enough of the existing ones)

The next step will be “Creating a new device”, after which the program displays a new window in which you need to select the type of device, click “Splitter” and go “Next”

A window appears with “Device Characteristics”, in which you select the COM port that is responsible for this program; accordingly, further in your work you will access exactly this virtual COM port. That is, the data source is called COM1, and your virtual port will be called... for example, COM8

We proceed to “Settings” and select the speed (Speed - 9600) and delay time (ReadintervalTimeajut - 100). Make sure that the configured parameters strictly correspond to the parameters of the COM port and fiscal registrar used. Click “OK” and “Done”

As a result of all the settings made, we created another virtual port COM8, operating from one data source COM1 (in the new emulator window it is displayed as COM1 => COM8). One moment, it is not possible to create many more ports from COM1, but from COM8 - at least 100 of them! And to do this, “Create a new device” again, select “Splitter” and see how COM1 => COM8 is displayed below COM8 => COM2. In this case, the COM8 port will be used by the program to access the DF. At the end of the installation, do not forget to save the settings

Having understood how to connect the VR to a computer and install the necessary drivers and ports, it’s time to take a closer look at connecting the device to the 1C program. Believe me, after all the work already done, there are mere trifles left. Let's get started:

Setting up UT11 on the server

We launch the program, go to the settings of “Commercial equipment” and in “Processing commercial equipment» install new cash register and add the FR model we need

Next we test. After the test, we check the settings again: driver and version, connection parameters, device parameters, cash payment parameters and functions, and, if necessary, adjust the settings to suit ourselves. Well, that’s all, now you have successfully set up your fiscal registrar, which will make your work easier and bring benefits. Good luck with your work!

1C: Entrepreneur 8

The program "1C:Entrepreneur 8" - created for maintaining accounting and reporting by individual entrepreneurs, individual entrepreneurs, private entrepreneurs, private legal entities. The program allows you to keep a ledger of income and expenses and business transactions individual entrepreneurs who are income tax payers individuals(NDFL).

1C: Enterprise 8 Licenses.

If you need to work with the 1C program on more than one computer (this may be the local network), and also when working in one 1C database, there is a need to buy 1C licenses. 1C licenses are additional protection keys for 1C programs that are purchased separately and give the right to use on several computers.

This publication discusses how to connect a special cash register emulator to the program.

The emulator completely simulates the operation of a cash register “with data transfer”, so when working with it, opening and closing operations are performed cash register shift, with its help you can carry out any cash transactions and visually see on the screen cash receipt.
