About awarding participants:

Based on the results of the evaluation of competitive works, the Portal of the OC “Path of Knowledge” will determine the winners (I, II, III place in each nomination) and prize-winners (laureates, diploma winners). The Portal's decision is final and is not subject to comment. The winners and runners-up of the competition receive a personal Diploma as a final document. Participants who are not among the winners receive a personalized Participant Diploma as a final document.

Teachers, educators, and parents, having paid their registration fee, can receive their own personalized diploma for leadership in the performance of work.

"CHRISTMAS STORY"

The results of the next All-Russian competition have been summed up children's creativity, traditionally held by the Educational Center “Gallery of Projects” and the publishing house of the magazine “ Kindergarten future - gallery creative projects"on the eve of the New Year. The editors received wonderful drawings from the contestants different ages(from 3 to 11 years old). These were illustrations for New Year's, Christmas, author's and Russian folk tales, illustrations for poems, films and cartoons with a fabulous New Year theme. Thanks to all participants, as well as teachers and parents who helped children realize their creative ideas in original works and show off your artistic talents!

Adults and children living in Russia and studying in any Russian educational institutions are invited to participate in the all-Russian creative competition “Winter Tale 2018”. Librarians, methodologists, psychologists, teachers, students, preschoolers, parents, pupils, additional education teachers, educators and other groups of people who want to show themselves in creating thematic creative works can become participants in the distance competition.

The competition “Winter's Tale 2018” includes works in the following age categories:

Evaluation of competition works

The evaluation of competitive works is carried out by the site administration. Winners, laureates and participants are determined in each nomination and category separately. When assessing work, the following is taken into account:

  • completeness of the topic;
  • content (amount of work, availability of applications);
  • reliability of the information provided;
  • quality of design;
  • literacy;
  • originality;
  • manifestation of creative individuality;
  • the possibility of widespread use of the material in the future.

In each nomination and age category, winners, laureates and participants of the competition are determined separately. The winners of the All-Russian competition “Zimushka-Winter” are awarded 1st, 2nd, 3rd place. The winners are those who sent good work, but they were not among the winners. All others are considered participants in the remote competition.

The registration fee for participation in the competition is 200 rubles for each submitted work. Awarding the winners and participants of the competition

All competition participants will receive electronic diplomas confirming participation in the Winter's Tale 2018 competition and placement of their work in the media. Diplomas are in .pdf format. General provisions:

Groups and soloists of the instrumental genre, choreographic art (pop dance, modern choreography, folk stylization, folk dance, children's dance and other areas of choreography), soloists and vocal ensembles of the pop genre aged from 5 to 25 years and older, representatives of the circus movement, fashion theaters, entertainers.

All soloists, duets, trios perform one piece. All groups, orchestras, and choirs perform two works.

Competitive performances are organized by the Organizing Committee according to the schedule.

The preparation and holding of the festival is carried out by the Organizing Committee.

The organizing committee approves the composition of the jury for each nomination, which is formed from leading specialists in Russian culture and art. Representatives of the organizing committee are not members of the jury and do not participate in voting.

Each group and individual performer has the right to participate in two nominations, subject to the provision of a separate application for each nomination and payment for an additional nomination.

The full age of the participants is determined on the day of the competition (non-compliance with the age group can be no more than 25% of the total number; participation of a mixed group is possible, upon the personal application of the team leader). The age of participants can be verified against documents by the Chairman of the Jury or the Competition Director.

Participants must enter backstage no earlier than two numbers before the performance.

Phonograms must be recorded on CDs and flash cards.

Substitution of repertoire is prohibited!

The competition program of participants in the “Academic Vocal” nomination is performed with or without live musical accompaniment.

Evaluation criteria: purity of intonation, beauty of timbre, strength of voice; stage culture, phrasing, performing skills, selection of repertoire, artistic expressiveness, stage image.

Participants in the nomination "Choirs" perform 2-3 works, one of which is performed a’capella (except for the Junior Choir nomination) lasting up to 10 minutes, counting the time of exit and departure from the stage.

Evaluation criteria: Intonation, ensemble structure, complexity of the performed repertoire (polyphony, polyphony), original arrangement and interpretation of the work, performing skills, artistic expressiveness, stage culture.

Competitive works of nomination participants "Folk vocals" can be performed with live accompaniment or to a backing track.

A minimum amount of recorded or live backing vocals is allowed for soloists, if it does not duplicate the main part. Prescribed backing vocals for ensembles and double tracks for soloists and ensembles are not allowed.

Evaluation criteria: beauty of timbre, strength of voice; originality; complexity of the repertoire, performing and acting skills; general artistic impression.

The microphones used during competitive auditions are set up the same for all participants.

Participants in the nomination "Variety vocals" perform one song in Russian, the second in any language of their choice (it is possible to perform the second song also in Russian).

The leader, if necessary, has the right to stop the performance of his participant in the first 30 seconds in order to start the competitive performance again (except for the senior and youth age categories).

CHOREOGRAPHY (Ensembles, small forms, solo)

INSTRUMENTAL PERFORMANCE (solo, ensembles, orchestras)

Evaluation criteria: degree of instrument proficiency; purity of intonation, musical structure; complexity of the repertoire, compliance competitive program age characteristics of the participants; musicality, artistic interpretation of a piece of music.

CIRCUS ART (solo, small forms, ensembles)

Acts of all circus genres can take part in the festival. Performances using fire, glass, sharp piercing objects, or involving animals are not allowed.

The circus group presents one composition lasting up to 10 minutes.

Evaluation criteria: level of training and performing skills, artistry, complexity of the program performed, culture of performance, decoration numbers.

CHILDREN'S FASHION THEATERS.

Fashion theatres, schools and fashion studios can take part in the competition, educational establishments and factories, as well as other associations for modeling and designing clothing.

They are not divided into age groups.

Participants demonstrate two diverse collections.

Criteria for evaluation: costume design (conception, aesthetics); integrity of the composition, a single concept, originality of the director's decision; consistency in style (costume, hairstyle, choreography, musical accompaniment); artistry of performance, plasticity and choreography, musical design; accuracy and figurativeness of ways of expressing the idea of ​​the competition work; unity of design, silhouette forms and color scheme; distribution of color and tone, spots and lines; artistic and technical level of sketches.

THEATRICAL CREATIVITY.

The competition may include musical, dramatic, literary, plastic performances, and puppet theater performances.

Participants present a free-form stage composition.

The groups provide stage equipment, technical equipment and decorations for performances independently. Performances with mobile scenery are preferred. Time for installation and dismantling of decorations is 10 minutes.

Criteria for evaluation: originality of director's thinking; artistic and musical design of the performance; selection of repertoire; the best acting embodiment of the character.

DECORATIVE AND APPLIED CREATIVITY AND ARTISTIC CRAFTS.

Artistic embroidery, beadwork, macrame, straw weaving, floristry, salt dough products, etc.

Participants in the nomination submit no more than two works for the competition. Works submitted to the exhibition must be complete and neatly formatted, indicating: title of the work, full name of the author, age, name of the institution, full name of the teacher.

Criteria for evaluation: creative individuality, mastery of the chosen technique, color relationships, artistic taste and originality in the use of material to complete the work, the degree of professional skills of the author, complexity of the work, accuracy and quality of workmanship, disclosure of the theme.

The results of the competition are summed up by the decision of the jury and provide for the award of the title of Grand Prix winner, three prizes - laureates (I, II, III degrees), diploma holders of three degrees with the presentation of corresponding diplomas and special prizes in each nomination.

By decision of the jury, the Grand Prix may not be awarded. The winner of the Grand Prix is ​​awarded a special prize of the competition-festival. On the recommendation of the jury, the best performers may be awarded invitations to participate in other festival programs on preferential terms.

The jury does not take into account material capabilities, social affiliations, nationalities and locations of the contestants - only creativity on absolutely equal terms, according to these regulations. The jury's decision is final and not subject to discussion!

The jury does not have the right to disclose the results of the competition before the official announcement.

The awards ceremony for participants takes place on the day of the Gala concert. It is impossible to receive diplomas and awards before or after the official award day! Cups and diplomas are not sent by mail!

The terms of participation:

In each nomination, one competition performance lasting up to 4 minutes is presented. Participants are given the opportunity to participate in three categories.

To participate in the competition, you must submit an application through the online form on the website and pay for its registration before the deadline for accepting applications.

Applications close 7 days before the start of the competition. ATTENTION! The organizing committee may suspend the acceptance of applications until the specified deadline!

A preliminary application for accommodation (hotel room reservation) must be submitted no less than 30 days before arrival, final confirmation of the application for accommodation (payment) must be submitted no less than 30 days before arrival.

After registering the application, a list of the team is sent to the Organizing Committee in the form (data is required for all members of the delegation!)

It is necessary to have copies of birth certificates (passports) of all visitors.

The leaders of the groups are responsible for the life and health of the participants, and are responsible for the correct behavior of children and parents at the festival.

Travel for participants and delivery of scenery, equipment and instruments is carried out at the expense of the competition participants. Participants perform with their own sets, costumes and props. The use of pyrotechnics is prohibited!

Parents of group members and individual performers, when submitting an application, automatically confirm their consent to their child’s participation in competitive events up to 24 hours inclusive.

Gross violations that result in injuries, damage to property and violations of the festival regulations will result in a fine or removal of the participant from the competition.

If necessary, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes and additions to the conditions of the competition.

Festival-competition program:

  • Day 1 - Arrival of participants according to an individual schedule. 14.00 - check-in at the hotel. Leaders meeting. Dinner.
  • Day 2 - Breakfast. Competitive auditions according to nominations. Dinner.
  • Day 3 - Breakfast. Competitive auditions according to nominations. Dinner. Gala Concert. Award ceremony.
  • Day 4 - Breakfast. Rooms are available until 12.00. Departure of participants according to an individual schedule.

If necessary, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes and additions to the conditions of the competition!!!

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS

Travel expenses (travel, accommodation, meals) are paid by the sending party.

The target contribution is 8,500 rubles per person, application registration included 850 RUR/person.

Included in the price:

  • application registration,
  • 3 nights hotel accommodation,
  • meals (breakfast, dinner; dinner on the day of arrival, breakfast on the day of departure),
  • transfer according to the program,
  • excursion program (excursion is provided on the day of arrival or departure),
  • participation in one nomination,
  • rewarding

For a group of more than 15 people, every 16th place is provided free of charge.

Providing additional requirements for accommodation, food (organization of lunches), cultural and excursion programs are negotiated individually and paid additionally. It is possible to accommodate for an additional day or reduce the length of stay (in this case, check the amount of the Target contribution with the Organizing Committee). Guaranteed check-in time at the hotel is 14.00, check-out time is 12.00.

The organizing committee meets the team at the railway station (transport services are provided for groups of 15 people or more). The arrival date must be notified at least 7 days before arrival (only in this case the transfer is guaranteed). Meeting (seeing off) at the Kazan airport is carried out for an additional fee.

The organizing committee, at the request of the team, sends additional invitations to sponsors and other persons wishing to go to the festival. When submitting an application, you must indicate that an invitation is required and indicate the full name of the organization and the name of the director/sponsor to whom the invitation is being submitted.

The registration fee for participation is:

  • Solo, “Best Christmas Song” - 1,500 rubles, application registration included 300 rubles.
  • Duet, trio - 2,500 rubles, application registration included 300 rubles/person.
  • Teams of 4-6 people. - 3500 RUR, application registration included 350 RUR/application
  • Teams 7-14 people. - 5,000 rubles, application registration included 500 rubles/application
  • Teams from 15 people. - RUB 7,000, application registration included: RUB 700/application
  • Arts and crafts - 500 rub. (2 works), application registration included 100 rubles/application
  • Vocal and choreographic composition - 3000 rubles, application registration included 300 rubles/application

Additional nomination - 3000 rub. for the team.

Disabled children and orphans are accepted to participate without payment! (The number of places is limited). The application must indicate that the participant belongs to a preferential category.

PAYMENT ORDER

After submitting an application, participants receive an invoice for the application registration fee. Registration must be paid strictly before the end of applications and only to the bank account. Further payments will be made minus the amount already paid.

For budgetary and departmental organizations Payment of the remaining cost is made to the Organizing Committee's bank account after the invoice is issued. Amount of 30% in mandatory must be transferred no later than 30 days before the start of the competition (seat reservation). In the “Purpose of payment” column, be sure to indicate the invoice number issued by the Festival Organizing Committee. The remaining amount is transferred to the bank account of the Organizing Committee no later than 5 days before the start of the event. Invoices are not issued at our festival; the original is offered - an invoice, a certificate of completion of work, an agreement.

All documents with a blue seal must be submitted to the Organizing Committee upon arrival!!!

Private individuals pay the remainder of the registration fee by receipt no later than 5 days before the start of the event. The original receipt is presented upon registration of participants. The application is finally registered after receiving a copy of the payment document confirming payment.

In case of early check-in of participants or delay of participants after the festival, it is necessary to make payment for food and accommodation to the Organizing Committee cash desk immediately upon arrival at the festival. If a competitor refuses to participate for reasons beyond the control of the Organizing Committee, the festival fee is not refunded. In case of refusal to participate in the festival-competition for valid reasons, the previously paid cost of the target fee will be returned minus the registration fee in the amount of 500 rubles per person (participant, leader, accompanying person).

All detailed information about the competition program will be published 5 days before the opening of the festival.

The competition program, schedule of rehearsals and performances will be sent to participants to the email addresses specified in the applications as contact addresses!!!
