The production of the Window Factory company is located 74 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road, in the village of Dorokhovo, Ruzsky district, Moscow region. The company was founded on August 17, 2004, in 2007 the company created own production, having mastered the production of translucent structures made of PVC and aluminum. The total production area is more than 10,000 sq.m. and is equipped with high-tech German Urban equipment.

The company has a wide range of products made of plastic, aluminum and wood. After manufacturing, each design undergoes a quality control system. Also at the Window Factory plant, the production of arched structures, stained glass windows and winter gardens has been established. Our own architectural bureau allows the customer to develop an individual design project for the glazing of the facility. All windows are equipped with a “thermal package” - an improved double-glazed window that protects the room from overheating in the summer and keeps the house warm in the winter, helping to save on heating and air conditioning. To improve the quality of products, the Window Factory company created SKS - an independent service control service. SCS reports to CEO. The production of the Window Continent company is located 93 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road, in the working village of Obolensk, Serpukhov district, Moscow region. The company was founded on June 5, 2008. The total production area is more than 9,000 sq.m., and the plant can produce more than 750 structures from PVC and aluminum per day. The plant uses high-tech German Urban equipment.

The company bases its work on the principle of “lean production” - a management concept based on the desire to eliminate all types of losses. In this case, losses are considered to be any factor that is ultimately disadvantageous to the consumer. Products are produced upon order - nothing is stored in the warehouse. The plant produces plastic windows of all shapes and architectural styles. Window production time is from 3 days. The tightness of the windows is ensured by a double-circuit sash pressing system; each seal has a two-leaf design. Not a single element in the window is subject to combustion. Profiles ONLY of the highest class “A”

According to the thickness of the internal walls, ALL of our profiles are of the highest class “A” - the thickness of their front wall is at least 3 mm.

class “A”: front wall not less than 3.0 mm
class “B”: front wall not less than 2.5 mm
class “C”: wall thickness is not standardized

Please note that 80-90% Russian market these are classes “B” and “C” and only 10-20% of class “A” profiles. At the same time, VEKA’s assortment includes ONLY class “A” profiles.

We fundamentally DO NOT use profile systems of classes “B” and “C” (with a front wall width of less than 3.0 mm).

ONLY frost-resistant profiles

According to GOST 30673-99 “PVC profiles for window and door units” for resistance to climatic influences, ALL of our profiles are “frost-resistant” - for areas with an AVERAGE monthly air temperature in January BELOW minus 20°C.

GOST standards for different classes:

normal version “N”: the average temperature in January is minus 20°C and above
frost-resistant version “M”: the average temperature in January is lower than minus 20°C

Our assortment includes ONLY frost-resistant profile systems marked with the letter “M”.

Heat transfer resistance (thermal thermal resistance) is the main thermal insulation coefficient. It is determined by the ratio of the temperature difference between the outside and inside the room to the heat flow passing through the window. The higher this number, the better the insulation performance.

All our double-glazed windows contain special energy-efficient glass. We DO NOT use regular glass even in the most basic configurations.

AirDrive I, II and III climate control systems

Optimal ventilation mechanisms are built into the windows - the sashes open slightly by 1-5 mm, depending on the selected mode. These are NOT external devices (combs or valves), but BUILT-IN ventilation fittings.

Three options:

AirDrive I: slot ventilation (1 mode)
AirDrive II: discrete multi-stage ventilation (3 modes)
AirDrive III: discrete multi-stage ventilation (5 modes)

We try not to put combs because of them appearance(only at your request). In principle, we do not use valves due to the fact that they violate the integrity of the window, reduce its tightness and strength (since the profile and its reinforcement are drilled through).

MAXIMUM steel profile reinforcement

Reinforcement is a steel frame inside a PVC profile. This is what gives the structure rigidity. The more steel and stiffening angles, the more reliable the window geometry.

Types of reinforcement:

Square – 100% reinforcement on 4 sides, 4 stiffeners (maximum)
U-shaped – 75% reinforcement on 3 sides, 2 stiffeners (regular)
L-shaped – 50% reinforcement on 2 sides, 1 stiffener (very, very bad!)

All our profiles are reinforced to the MAXIMUM - on 4 sides and always with 4 stiffeners.

Raw materials

The Osnova plant uses only high-quality German and Ukrainian PVC profiles for the production of window and door systems.

All profile groups, both supplied and manufactured in Ukraine, meet the basic requirements of noise and thermal insulation, and are also safe for human health, as they are manufactured using the unique greenline technology. Lead, which is traditionally used in the manufacture of PVC, has been replaced with a neutral, safe calcium-zinc compound. The profiles have a delicate white color and retain a pleasant shine and primary beauty for a long time.

Logistics

In 2013, the construction of a logistics center was completed, which provided automated loading of structures, which had a positive effect on delivery times.

Each window has a factory marking, which is automatically generated when the window is assembled and contains necessary information: order number, customer name, overall dimensions of the product, delivery code, barcode.

The logistics department forms daily optimal routes delivery of products to all regions of Ukraine. To transport windows, trucks equipped with racks, locking mechanisms and special safety ropes are used.

Plastic window assembly process

Profile cutting. From a six-meter Rehau profile, window frame blanks are cut at an angle according to required sizes. When manufacturing non-standard window structures, the profile is bent to a certain radius.
Reinforcement. Next, the plastic profile is reinforced to increase the rigidity and strength of the final product.
Seam welding. Thanks to the assembly on automatic equipment Four corners of the structure are welded simultaneously, which avoids defects and distortions during production.
Assembly of the structure. The fittings are mounted according to the exact markings and the seal is installed in special grooves. After that, the double-glazed window is secured to the window frame using glazing beads.
Order completion. On final stage manufacturing, installation of hinge covers, window handles, supply valves and other accessories specified in the contract is carried out.
