Scientific digital library– www.elibrary.ru is the largest Russian informational portal in science, technology, medicine and education, containing abstracts and full texts scientific articles and publications, which has rich opportunities for searching and obtaining information.
The library is integrated with the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI), a free public tool for measuring and analyzing the publication activity of scientists and organizations created by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. eLIBRARY.RU and RSCI are developed and supported by the Scientific Electronic Library company.
Today, eLIBRARY.RU subscribers have access to full-text versions of about 4000 foreign and 3900 domestic scientific journals, abstracts of publications of almost 20 thousand journals, as well as descriptions of one and a half million foreign and Russian dissertations.
Over 2800 Russian scientific journals are placed in free open access. For access to other publications, it is possible to subscribe or order individual publications. Sibai Institute subscribed to 68 full-text electronic Russian magazines. The list of journals can be found on the website.
Registration must be done from any computer of the institute ( individual registration, on its own), which further makes it possible to access this resource from any point of access to the Internet (including from a home PC).

ELS of the LAN publishing house is a resource that includes both electronic versions of books of the Lan publishing house and other leading publishers of educational literature, and electronic versions of periodicals in the natural, technical and human sciences. The purpose of creating the resource is to provide universities with access to scientific, educational literature and scientific periodicals in the maximum number of specialized areas, so the range of the electronic library system is constantly expanding.

ELS "University Library Online" is an electronic library that provides users with access to the most popular materials of educational and scientific literature in all fields of knowledge from leading Russian publishers.

The basis of the "University Library Online" is electronic books in the humanities and natural sciences, economics, management, healthcare, architecture and construction, information technology. Books are grouped into coherent thematic collections, presented in a single publishing format adapted for screen reading and adapted for the purposes of scientific citation. Each publication in the "University Library Online" fully complies with the existing requirements for bibliographic design: it has a bibliographic description, cover, annotation and interactive content; the text is divided into pages with the preservation of the original printing layout.
The "University Library Online" has numerous features, in particular, the functions of full-text simple and advanced search, working with the catalog, page-by-page viewing of publications, copying and printing text, creating bookmarks and comments, generating and uploading statistical reports.

Registration in the ELS must be completed from any computer of the institute (individual registration, independently), which later makes it possible to access this ELS from any Internet access point (including from a home PC).

Story

The Sibai Institute was founded in 1998.

On the territory of the institute there is an Alley of Memory, there are busts of Sh. Babich, Z. A. Biisheva, M. A. Burangulov, R. Ya. Garipov, Kh. L. Davletshina, Sh. U. Sibaev. In the building of the main building there are bas-reliefs to Akmulla, Kh. F. Akhmetov, A. A. Validov, Ismagil Tasimov, Kinza Arslanov, M. L. Murtazin, Z. Kh. in the foyer - a monumentally decorative composition dedicated to the participation of 28 Bashkir regiments in Patriotic War 1812. In 2012, a memorial plaque to G. Sh. Ilishev was installed on the building of the educational building.

III. Special rights for admission to undergraduate and specialist programs 33. The right to admission without entrance examinations have: 1) winners and prize-winners final stage All-Russian Olympiad schoolchildren (hereinafter referred to as winners and prize-winners of the All-Russian Olympiad), members of national teams Russian Federation participants in international Olympiads in general education subjects and formed in the manner prescribed by the federal executive body responsible for developing state policy and legal regulation in the field of education (hereinafter referred to as members of the national teams of the Russian Federation), in specialties and (or) areas training corresponding to the profile of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren or an international Olympiad - within 4 years following the year of the corresponding Olympiad * (20); 2) winners and prize-winners of the IV stage of the All-Ukrainian student Olympiads, members of the national teams of Ukraine that participated in international Olympiads in general subjects, specialties and (or) areas of training corresponding to the profile of the All-Ukrainian student Olympiad or international Olympiad - within 4 years following the year of the relevant Olympiad, if the said winners, prize-winners and members of the national teams are among the persons specified in paragraph 3.1 of Article 5 federal law N 84-FZ * (21); 3) champions and medalists of the Olympic Games, Paralympic Games and Deaflympics, world champions, European champions, persons who won first place at the World Championships, European Championships in sports included in the programs of the Olympic Games, Paralympic Games and Deaflympics (hereinafter - champions (winners) in the field of sports), in specialties and (or) areas of training in the field of physical culture and sports * (23). 37. Winners and prize-winners of Olympiads for schoolchildren held in the manner established by the federal executive body responsible for developing state policy and legal regulation in the field of education (hereinafter referred to as Olympiads for schoolchildren), for 4 years following the year of the corresponding Olympiad , the following special rights are granted for admission to study in bachelor's and specialist's programs in specialties and (or) areas of training corresponding to the profile of the Olympiad for schoolchildren: profile of the Olympiad for schoolchildren; 2) be equated to persons who have scored the maximum number of USE points in a general education subject corresponding to the profile of the Olympiad for schoolchildren, or to persons who have successfully passed additional entrance tests of a specialized, creative and (or) professional orientation, provided for in parts 7 and 8 of Article 70 of Federal Law No. 273-FZ * (30) (hereinafter - the right to 100 points). The special rights specified in subparagraphs 1 and 2 of this paragraph may be granted by the same applicant. 10) citizens who have completed military service under a contract for at least three years in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies in military positions and dismissed from military service on the grounds provided for in subparagraphs "b" - "d" of paragraph 1 , subparagraph "a" of paragraph 2 and subparagraphs "a" - "c" of paragraph 3 of Article 51 of the Federal Law of March 28, 1998 N 53-FZ "On military service and military service "* (27); Information on the possibility of passing entrance examinations conducted by the organization independently, in the language of the Republic of the Russian Federation, on the territory of which the organization is located, in a foreign language:

Along with conducting entrance examinations in Russian, individual entrance examinations conducted by Bashkir State University independently can be conducted in the Bashkir, Tatar, Chuvash or Mari languages. Passing the entrance test in the Bashkir language is carried out at the request of the applicant. When applying for master's programs with a foreign language (languages) of education, Bashkir State University may establish that the entrance test (tests) is conducted only in the corresponding language (languages). When conducting the same entrance examination in Russian, as well as in the Bashkir language, the form and program of the entrance examination conducted in the Bashkir language must correspond to the form and program of the entrance examination conducted in Russian.

When applying for undergraduate and specialty programs, BashSU can award points for the following individual achievements: the status of champion and medalist of the Olympic Games, Paralympic Games and Deaflympics, world champion, European champion, person who won first place in the world championship, European championship for sports included in the programs of the Olympic Games, Paralympic Games and Deaflympics, the presence of a gold badge of distinction of the All-Russian physical culture and sports complex "Ready for Labor and Defense" (TRP) and a certificate of the established form for it - upon admission to training in specialties and areas training, not related to specialties and areas of training in the field of physical culture and sports (not used to obtain benefits when applying for training on specific conditions for admission and specific grounds for admission) - 3 points; having a high school diploma general education with honors, or a certificate of secondary (complete) general education for those awarded with a gold medal, or a certificate of secondary (complete) general education for those awarded with a silver medal - 5 points; the presence of a diploma of secondary vocational education with honors - 5 points; participation and (or) results of participation of applicants of the second or third stage of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren, the Open Interuniversity Olympiad for schoolchildren in grades 10-11 for the Cup. BashSU provides entrance examinations for applicants from among persons with disabilities and (or) disabled people (hereinafter collectively - applicants with disabilities) taking into account the peculiarities of their psychophysical development, their individual capabilities and health status (hereinafter - individual characteristics). BashSU should create material and technical conditions that ensure unhindered access for applicants with disabilities to classrooms, toilets and other premises, as well as their stay in these premises (including the presence of ramps, lifts, handrails, widened doorways, elevators ; in the absence of elevators, the audience should be located on the first floor of the building). Entrance tests for applicants with disabilities are held in a separate auditorium. The number of applicants with disabilities in one classroom should not exceed: writing- 12 people; when passing the entrance test orally - 6 people. It is allowed to be present in the audience during the admission test of a larger number of applicants with disabilities, as well as conducting entrance tests for applicants with disabilities in the same classroom together with other applicants, if this does not create difficulties for applicants when passing the entrance test. According to the results of the entrance examination conducted by BashSU independently, the applicant (trustee) has the right to file an appeal with the Appeal Commission about the violation, in the opinion of the applicant, established order conducting an entrance examination and (or) disagreement with the obtained assessment of the results of the entrance examination. The appeal is submitted by one of the methods specified in paragraph 61 of the Rules. During the consideration of the appeal, compliance with the established procedure for conducting the entrance examination and (or) the correctness of the evaluation of the results of the entrance examination is checked. The appeal is filed on the day of the announcement of the results of the entrance examination or within the next business day. An appeal about violation of the established procedure for conducting an entrance test can also be filed on the day of the entrance test. Consideration of the appeal is carried out no later than the next working day after the day of its submission. The applicant (trustee) has the right to be present during the consideration of the appeal. With a minor applicant (under 18 years of age) one of the parents or legal representatives has the right to be present, except for minors recognized in accordance with the law as fully capable before reaching the age of majority. After consideration of the appeal, the Appellate Commission decides to change the assessment of the results of the entrance examination or leave the specified assessment unchanged.
