Chip questions. International game competition "Man and nature

In 2020, the competition "CHIP" for children 5-7 years old on the topic "Pets" will be held February 19, 2020.

Participants of the competition "CHIP" for children aged 5-7 years - children of the older preschool age Preschool educational institution, preschool groups at the educational institution and students of the first grades of the educational institution.

All tasks of the "CHIP" competition are reviewed by the Department of Theory and Methods of Preschool Education of the State Autonomous Educational Institution of the NSO "Novosibirsk Institute for Advanced Studies and Retraining of Educational Workers".

The competition is held directly in the educational organization (preschool or educational institution). The decision to participate in the competition is made by the head of the organization and appoints the organizer of the competition. The organizer can be a senior educator, educator or methodologist of a preschool educational institution, as well as a teacher or school administrator. The educational organization participating in the competition and the organizer are issued certificates.

Each child on the day of the competition receives a colorful booklet with tasks and a small souvenir. The booklet contains 15 tasks with answer options (answers are presented in the form of pictures). During the competition, the organizer reads out the question, the participants choose and mark the correct answer in the booklet with tasks. Time to complete the competition tasks - no more than 30 minutes.

Materials for the competition (booklets with tasks, instructions, gifts, forms for participants' answers) are received by the organizer before the competition at the Regional Organizing Committee. When summing up the results for each participant, the number of points scored and the place in the educational organization are considered. After summing up the results, all participants receive certificates with the results and gifts with the symbols of the competition. The results of the competition will be transferred to the organizations no later than one month after the scanning of the competition materials.

Educational organizations that did not participate in intellectual competitions in the 2019/2020 academic year must conclude agreements to participate (forms for filling out agreements can be downloaded from the website of the MOU "GCRO", section Competitions / Olympiads / Intellectual competitions / Organization and holding).

To participate in the competition, the school organizer must, no later than January 20, 2020, submit an application to the regional organizing committee at the address: st. Z. Our children have the opportunity to expand their horizons and develop due to the fact that adults hold many wonderful educational competitions for them. One of these is CHIP - the competition in natural science "Man and Nature". This competition is part of the Productive Game Contests project organized by the Novosibirsk Center for Productive Learning (NCPE). The inquisitive red fox Chip, which is the symbol of the CHIP 2019 competition, helps participants to learn about the world around, answer difficult questions and give answers to riddles that exist in nature.

Competition objectives

Any competition has tasks for the development of its participants. So this event for schoolchildren is designed to solve a number of questions:

  • development of interest among schoolchildren in the subjects of the natural science cycle and related social sciences;
  • extra-curricular and out-of-school work in natural science will be activated to a large extent;
  • conditions are created for the disclosure of the individual abilities of children;
  • children can compete on a scale that goes beyond the region, but not travel outside the school;
  • creating conditions for increasing the self-esteem of children and communication with parents.

Who can take part?

  1. Participants of the Competition can be students of grades 1-10 of educational institutions of any types and types who have paid the registration fee.
  2. There is no pre-selection. Anyone who wishes can participate. But the decision to participate is made by both children and their parents (legal representatives).
  3. If the registration fee is paid and the completed answer form is submitted for verification, this means that the parents agree to the processing of the child's personal data (last name, first name, class) by the answer form processing operator.

Competition Results

As in any competition, in the CHIP competition there are certain rules which must be strictly observed by both organizers and participants:

  • The competition is held at the school on one day, determined for the Competition, in one round. The specific date of the event is sent to the regional organizers and published on the Internet on the Competition website.
  • The competition is held on separate versions of tasks for each age category of participants. Each option is 30 (for grades 1-2 - 20) tasks, divided into three groups of difficulty (3, 4 and 5 points for the correct answer). There are five possible answers for each question.
  • Materials for the Competition are issued to school organizers at the Regional Organizing Committee 1-2 days before the Competition. Packages with task texts are opened in educational institution immediately prior to the start of the Competition.
  • The assignments are given: for students in grades 1-2 - 40 minutes, for grades 3-10 - 45 minutes. You cannot change this time.
  • Participants of the Competition are prohibited from completing tasks collectively or with any outside help, using books, notes, the Internet and any other external sources of information, as well as any technical means transmission and reception of information, including means mobile communications.
  • After the Competition, the completed answer forms of the participants are handed over to the school organizer and sent to the Regional Organizing Committee.
  • After preliminary processing, the materials of the Competition are transferred by the Regional Organizing Committee to the Interregional or Central Organizing Committees for scanning and processing the results.
  • The Central, Interregional, Regional Organizing Committees and their authorized representatives have the right to control compliance with the rules of the Competition in schools. When the facts come to light gross violation of the rules of the Competition, both individual students and classes or schools as a whole can be excluded from the lists of participants. The registration fee for disqualified participants is not refundable.

  • The results of the Competition are summed up separately for each parallel of the participants.
  • For grades 1–2, a base is formed with the results, including the number of points scored by each participant, his answers (indicating correct and incorrect), place in the OS.
  • For the rest of the age groups, a base is formed with the results, including the number of points scored by each participant, places in the school, district, region, percentage in the all-Russian list, his answers (indicating correct and incorrect).
  • Each OU that took part in the Competition is sent consolidated statement, which includes the results of all its participants.
  • Each participant is given a certificate of participation. The winners of the Competition in the overall standings are awarded with the prizes of the Central Organ, the winners of the Competition in the regions - with the prizes of the Regional Organizing Committees.
  • The educational institution that took part in the Competition is issued a certificate.

Individual participation in the competition

Individual participation is allowed for children 5-7 years old who do not attend educational organizations(OO) or visiting OOs that are not participating in the competition. The organizer is one of the adult family members. The number of participants is from 1 to 5 people. There are two options for participation: electronic and postal.

INTERNATIONAL NATURAL SCIENCE COMPETITION "MAN AND NATURE"

The questions of the competition are related to school subjects of the natural science cycle: the world, ecology, biology, geography, physics, chemistry and contribute to the development of interest in the knowledge of the world around us, the activation of extracurricular work in natural science.

The symbol of the contest is Chip, an inquisitive red fox, who is actively exploring the world around him, striving to learn new things; he seeks answers to difficult questions and solves the mysteries of nature.

Last year, "Chip's journey around the globe" began. In 2015, Chip visited Europe, this academic year he continues to travel across the largest continent of Eurasia and will visit Asia. In this way, contest theme this year "Asia".

The competition is held directly at the educational institution for five age categories of students: 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8 and 9-10 grades. Students in grades 3-10 are invited to answer 30 questions in 60 minutes, students in grades 1-2 - 20 questions in 40 minutes. Participation in the competition is paid, the fee for one participant is 60 rubles.
