“Strengthening kinship and family ties

in the conditions of a family group of the State Public Educational Institution “Orphanage” in Okhansk”

Bolotova A.A. - teacher,

teacher of the highest qualification category.
Orphans and children left without parental care, having embarked on the path of independent life, experience significant difficulties in adapting to new conditions. For many years they were within the walls of government institutions, which took upon themselves the solution to all their problems. And today, in most cases, the portrait of an orphan graduate has the following characteristics;

Lack of independence in solving problems,

There are no relatives nearby who let him know that he is dear to them.

All this confirms that the orphanage pupil needs support.

Article 75 of the “Family Code of the Russian Federation” indicates:

“…..If it is possible to maintain a child’s relationship with his own parents and relatives without harming the child, this must be done.”

I have been working in an orphanage for 30 years and am convinced that children adapt more easily to society when they have family members nearby. It's no coincidence that the problem “Formation of family relationships as part of preparing orphans for independent family life ", became methodological topic, on which I have been working for more than 8 years and consider the joint activities of children - relatives as the main pedagogical factor that contributes to the purposeful formation of family relationships.

The goal is: establishing close cooperation between children and relatives. To form the concept of “family” in the minds of children, to prepare them for independent life and, above all, family life. The structure and organization of work are aimed not only at ensuring the protection of the child and his rights, but also at creating stability in children’s relationships with significant adults. The priority is to develop the child’s self-esteem and trust in people; formation of stability, i.e., a state of psychological security.

I developed the concept and implemented the program “Preparing orphans and children deprived of parental care for independent life”, focused on personally significant technologies for raising children.

The program combines almost all areas of social competence of pupils.

Relevance of the problem: those children who are supported by relatives are more successful in independent life.
Target: preparing students for further independent life and adaptation in society.
Predicted result– children’s adaptation to independent life with the support of relatives is more successful

experimental part

To diagnose family relationships among children of a family group, I use the following methods:

  1. Drawing test “Me and my family” (A. Afanasyeva)

  2. Family Drawing Test (R. Burns and S. Kaufman)

  3. Test "Unfinished Sentence"

  4. Drawing “My family tree”
Thus, based on the diagnostics performed

The following conclusions can be drawn:

1. When entering an orphanage, most children have negative memories of their parents.

2. Most children maintained warm family relationships with their brothers and sisters.

3. Most children see support in life in the person of their brothers and sisters.

The presence of a child in an orphanage leaves a certain imprint on him, which does not always contribute to successful socialization. Therefore, the category of orphans has a greater degree of dependence than other categories of children on social factors, on the direction of social policy, on the nature of the relations of all subjects of civil society.

Conducted studies reveal a clear connection between a high level of contact between a child and his parents and the return of children from government agency back to the family. D. Bowlby, author of the book “The Making and Breaking of Kinship Ties,” especially draws attention to the unjustified belief that a child will forget his home and start living all over again if he is moved somewhere else. The main aspects of the beneficial influence of personal meetings of a child with relatives or parents and their benefits are formed by D. Thorburn in book "On protection child" as follows:

Increasing the likelihood of the child returning back to the family;

The child’s self-esteem increases;

The child receives Additional information About Me;

The child’s abilities increase, including the ability to

training;

The risk of the child’s rejection of the present place is reduced

stay;

Qualitatively new relationships are established;

Helps overcome crisis situations;

Guarantees the child a family for life (brothers, sisters).

There are 8 children in the family group school age united by family ties. The development of a child’s relationship with parents and relatives is one of important areas in my job. The principle of family is the main factor in development and self-development personalities child. Brothers and sisters live together, watching the development and growth of their relatives, and jointly decide many vital important questions. This factor has a decisive role in strengthening family ties, which become especially important for children who do not have the opportunity to be raised by their parents in a blood family.

Children's mastery of the relationships that develop between people occurs in the process joint activities children - relatives. Forms of organization are sent to develop relationships from individual(youngest and eldest child) to group And collective(family) associations. Older brothers and sisters take on the functions of absent parents and thereby not only convey manifestations of positive moral qualities, preparing for independent life.

Don’t we prepare children for family life when

We spend family evenings and birthdays. Such events help solve several problems at once: children learn to cook, use products rationally, the whole family gathers around the table, which brings children closer and closer together.

We also use common labor to form stable relationships. At the same time, forms of organization There are different types of children-relatives:

- Individual. An older brother or sister and a younger one (for example, washing small laundry, cleaning the room);

- Group. Several family members (for example, working on the site). Such work develops the ability to agree on joint actions, bring things to an end, and help each other.

The family group has created its own “family traditions”: design family albums, preparation of individual gifts, surprises for holidays, birthdays, ski trips with the whole “family”, one-day hikes. All this work contributes to the purposeful formation of family relationships.

In a group-family, a child comes into contact mainly with brothers and sisters, with comrades with whom he lives, plays, and is friends. Here, first of all, the character of relationships with people is forged, which children then carry into life.

I develop and I strengthen the contacts of my group’s students with relatives or friends.

Children have the opportunity, at the request of relatives, to live with them on weekends, holidays, and holidays. Such visits give the child invaluable experience of life in a family. All children visit relatives during the holidays. Relatives (usually grandmothers, brothers, sisters) are frequent guests in our family group. They come with sweets and pies and come to us for family holidays and birthdays. The group has set up a stand “They are waiting for us here”, where roads lead from the building of the orphanage to different directions in our region and region, where our children go and visit their relatives.

Conclusion: I do not take upon myself the function of recreating the family, but I am trying to attract relatives to the children who live in the orphanage.

This connection has a nurturing effect on the child and is important factor socialization, because he extracts from it information about the family: the roles of father and mother, distribution of responsibilities, place for children in the family and much more that is necessary when creating your own family.

A child does not choose his parents, he loves them as they are.

To develop a healthy identity, a person needs to know where he came from and what his roots are. Meeting relatives allows you to obtain additional information about the child and his history. Among the relatives there may be someone who is able to take this child into care - such options are considered first and are considered preferable, since the child remains part of his family.

In some cases, it is possible for the child to return to his parents (if the child lives temporarily in an orphanage) The child may want to meet his family and need information about his family and his past - our task ensure the mental safety of these contacts.

Establishing partnerships with a family, strengthening the child’s permanent ties with parents and close relatives, family reunification is a delicate, complex matter that does not have to be hasty, requiring time and patience.

Practice shows that often abandoned children do not know where their parents are. It is necessary to help the child find lost relatives, because his character problems stem from the terrible word “ nobody's " This difficult problem can and should be solved. It is necessary to support, preserve, and strengthen existing family ties.

Naturally, the knowledge gained during classroom

classes are completely insufficient to successfully solve real economic problems. Therefore, it is important for me to study additionally. Study educational and scientific literature on the functioning of economic systems. Thus, these aspects are the most important links, by implementing which I will be able to study economics.

I entered Penza State University Architecture and Construction and specifically at the Institute of Economics and Management is not accidental. Everyone knows that the profession of manager is the most prestigious and highly paid profession in a given period of time.

Firstly, the knowledge and skills acquired here will help me achieve my main goal.

Secondly, the prestige of the institute is very great.

Thirdly, IE&M has a very strong teaching staff.

Fourthly, and most importantly, in IE and M I will be able to gain not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills.

4. HOW I IMAGINE MY FUTURE CAREER

So, having determined a strategy for myself during my studies at IE&M, I need to present my future career. First of all, I associate a career with dynamics, initiative, courage, and the ability to turn many things into reality. interesting ideas. In many ways, this is a chance to determine your destiny, to be independent. For the most visual representation of my career goals, I have listed them in the following table:

Desired income

Proposed work

Assistant consultant in a construction company + scholarship.

Junior manager in a construction company

Deputy head of a construction company.

Owner of a construction company

The owner of a construction company in one of the cities of Russia.

Owner of a construction company abroad

At the first stage of my career, I plan to become an assistant consultant in one of construction companies Penza. To do this, I will need to undergo an internship in the same company. And, naturally, have some idea about construction business at all. This will help me by turning to specialized literature - books and magazines.

The next stage is to become a junior manager at a construction company. Naturally, any businessman will be interested in the high level of professionalism of his employee. Therefore, at this stage I will need to have certain work experience, skills, knowledge in the field of management and economics, which I will acquire at the Institute of Economics and Management.

At the third stage, I intend to become the deputy head of a construction company. This responsible position will require me to know foreign languages and all those qualities and abilities that I will acquire in previous positions.

In the fourth stage of my career, I will start organizing my own business. The head of a construction company must combine the ability to generate ideas, make the most of his strengths, and the ability to persuade and express himself. I also have to improve all these qualities.

Naturally, without like-minded people you can’t hope for success, so I will need to form a team of people whom I will trust, because I believe that with the help of like-minded people, much more can potentially be achieved. But creating a “team” is not easy. I will need time, method and perseverance: since there are personal relationships to be built, working methods to be determined, perhaps some of these people will already have experience in the construction business.

At the fifth stage, I plan to open a representative office of my company in one of the cities of the Penza region.

Thus, following from stage to stage, planning my activities, I can build my career.

5. MY PROFESSIONAL GOALS

My main professional goal in life is to make a career and open my own business. I want to have a job that will allow me to be independent, even financially. But at the same time, work should bring pleasure. To do this, first of all, I must successfully graduate from college, get a diploma and a job in my specialty. There is no doubt that I will need computer skills. Also a huge role in modern life knowledge of foreign languages plays a role, so it is advisable to know at least one foreign language. This provides great benefits in communicating with Western partners, plus the opportunity to travel abroad. After all, studying the economics and management methods of other countries is very useful because you can adopt their experience and technologies in relation to our country, and specifically to your company.

I also think that it is necessary to communicate as much as possible with business professionals and gain experience from them.

1. MY PROFESSION IS MANAGER

I was born in the Altai Territory, into a prosperous, creative and talented family. Since childhood, I have strived to imitate my parents and be the first in everything. While still at school, I took part in various educational Olympiads and creative competitions, where he always took only first places, especially in hockey. I have developed leadership skills. My parents repeated to me more than once that I am capable of ruling and managing, showing the best and high quality. My most important quality is a clear vision of a goal that others see only in very vague outlines or not at all. All this influenced my choice of profession. It was not in vain that I chose the profession of manager. To manage yourself is to manage everyone. Management means creating, managing, controlling and maximizing efficient use socio-economic systems and models at various levels. Management is a profession, and people who professionally carry out the management function are managers. The fate of an enterprise or firm depends on them; the professional fate of even an individual person - an employee of this enterprise - may depend on them. Managing effectively is not as easy as many people think. I am fully aware of the complexity of a manager's job. Managers don’t just sit in easy chairs and sign some papers, they have very serious and responsible tasks, their responsibilities include:

skillful use of human resources, encouraging employees to move up the career ladder, control of employee activities.

organization of production

its expansion using rational methods

organizing exhibitions and product presentations

ingenuity, ability to manage oneself and one’s time, foresight, efficiency. I became interested in the profession of manager. I'm confident in what I did right choice professions.

2. MY SUCCESSES AND ACHIEVEMENTS

I am now only eighteen years old, however, during this time I have achieved many successes. I will write about this in this section.

One of my main achievements is finishing secondary school secondary school. Since the first grade I really love to study and learn everything new. I constantly took part in school and city olympiads in chemistry, social studies and history. And also every year I was sent to regional hockey competitions. In addition to his studies, he took an active position in the life of the class and school for all ten years.

As a 5th grade student, a very young boy, I became very interested in German. And for seven years I was passionate about learning German. Now I know him perfectly. The first goal I was striving for was fulfilled.

Upon graduation from school for academic success and active social life I was included in the regional Book of Honor.

And I also want to note my main achievement - this is admission to the Russian State University of Tourism and Service. By studying here, I will acquire all the knowledge and skills to build my career.

3. WHY I ENTERED THE INSTITUTE OF ECONOMICS AND MANAGEMENT

To modern man you just need to have an idea about economic theory, because our life depends on economic laws no less than from the laws of nature. It was not by chance that I entered RGUTiS and the Faculty of Economics. Everyone knows that the profession of manager is the most prestigious and highly paid profession in a given period of time. Besides the fact that many of my friends study here and there are a number of decisive reasons for my choice.

Firstly, the knowledge and skills acquired here will help me achieve my main goal.

Secondly, the prestige of the institute is very great.

Thirdly, RGUTiS has a very strong teaching staff.

Fourthly, and most importantly, at RGUTiS I will be able to gain not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills. In the words of Quintilian: “Practice without theory is more valuable than theory without practice.” The practice will serve as an impetus for the development of my future career.

I take a very responsible approach to studying at the institute. It is important for me to become not only a professional, but also to receive recognition as such. I use the knowledge and initial experience acquired at the institute to achieve my main professional goal - to become a media tycoon and have a chain of stores.

4. HOW I IMAGINE MY FUTURE CAREER

There are many difficulties and unexpected turns of events in every person's life. I will also have to overcome many obstacles, but I am confident that I can become a real specialist in the field of economics. To achieve this goal, you need to work a lot on yourself now and, of course, gain experience by everyone possible ways. Experience is very important, but it comes with time. Therefore, now we cannot waste this precious time.

I would like to make my career in some thriving company, climb the corporate ladder, open own store. In my understanding, making a career means achieving a prestigious position in society and high level income. This means prestige in terms of public opinion.

In order to become a specialist in your profession, you must have personal qualities such as ease of communication, perseverance, willpower, self-confidence, responsibility, etc.

To reach main goal, you need to go through almost the entire life path. Progress towards the goal I have set will take place in stages, step by step, through solving intermediate tasks.

At the age of 18, I will take a part-time job as a loader to gain some knowledge and experience in my chosen field of work. For this position I need qualities such as communication and

attentiveness. Estimated income is 3000 rubles, because I have no work experience. Thus, I will take the first step towards my intended goal.

By the age of 22, I plan to get a position as a product display worker in the same company. A month will be enough to demonstrate your capabilities to colleagues and prove that noticeable progress is being made in your work. My responsibilities will include displaying goods in the store. Desired income 6,000 rubles.

By the age of 25, I want to move up the career ladder and get the position of purchasing manager. Estimated income 13,000 rubles.

At the age of 30, I want to become the manager of the Kopeika chain of stores. Having achieved this, I will need to master the art of managing people. Estimated income 35,000 thousand rubles.

By the age of 35, I plan to become an executive director and carry out the initial stage of opening my own business. I think that by the age of 40 I will have a certain money capital to achieve the main goal, because I believe that at this stage wage will be 300,000 rubles.

And by the age of 40, I will expand my business so much that I will become a media mogul. This will be the result of my professional path, the peak of my career. Estimated income is about 4,000,000 rubles. For such successful prosperity, I will need enormous willpower and assertiveness, enterprise and optimism, professional competence and all those qualities that a manager should have.

5. MY PROFESSIONAL GOALS

My main professional goal in life is to make a career and open my own business. I want to have a job that allows me to be independent. But at the same time, work should bring pleasure. I want to live in order to work, and not vice versa. To do this, first of all, I must successfully graduate from college, get a diploma and a job in my specialty. Undoubtedly, I will need computer skills, since now a large amount of information can be extracted from the monitor screen. Knowledge of foreign languages also plays a huge role in modern life, so it is advisable to know at least one foreign language. This provides great benefits in communicating with Western partners, plus the opportunity to travel abroad. Studying the specifics of the economies of other countries is also useful: you can adopt their experience and technologies in relation to our country, and specifically to your company.

I also think that it is necessary to communicate as much as possible with business professionals and gradually gain experience from them.

For now, my goal is to study well at university. After completing the first course, I will have the next goal - to find desired job. Then the next one will follow. This will continue until I achieve my final goal.

Essay on the topic of. Fortunately, no last names were required.

Where to start?.. The question posed to me is obvious, but how I interpret it for myself is more important. What will my future be like when I become a speech therapist? Will I work in my profession? Or how, in what way will I work? Probably, this is exactly what I should think about here, precisely on these above-mentioned questions.

In my first year, despite the saying “Don’t regret what you’ve done,” I still reproached myself for the fact that a) I didn’t get satisfaction from the “introduction to the specialty” course, i.e. speech therapy, and, accordingly, b) did not transfer to another specialty. But, having given up on the temporary difficulties and my mental protest that can be experienced, I decided to look at what had happened with greater optimism. Fatum, by God. I don’t deny that back then it was too arrogant and thoughtless, what an attack!

By the way, I again didn’t have much of an idea of what I would have to do, what kind of subjects I would have. I can honestly blame this on the poor organizational work of the university. It's like a lyrical digression.
What did I receive (receive) in the learning process? M, perhaps, there is a lot of “medical”, since the profession includes this, in addition, it is very closely intertwined with the previously closed specialties of “defectology” and “oligophrenopedagogy”. Which is not a “plus” for me. Still, I hoped to work with more or less healthy children, but, excuse me, they tell us that we should expect mentally retarded children, those with mental retardation, and many others like them at work. So far I can't come to terms with this. Although they knock out a wedge with a wedge. But it is not all that bad. To be honest, I like studying here; I manage to learn a lot of new and interesting things. I can also say with confidence that I love children, because I believe that this is paramount in the teaching profession.

Now, in my second year of full-time study, the idea occurred to me to eventually switch to the correspondence course. What are the reasons? Job. First. More free time (inconvenient schedule drains my vitality). But we need to think about this more time. I will be sorry to leave my student life, to exchange it for the society of “terrible correspondence students”, whom I imagine just like that.
Yes, more about work. If I go to the correspondence department, then perhaps I’ll get a job in my specialty. If you want, you can get a job in the place you are hoping for. I like working with children and seeing the results of our collaboration, for me, this, positively, now seems like a kind of activity for the soul. I'm probably a terrible hedonist, if you can imagine it. Even Epicurus describes pleasure as the principle of a successful life. And I, as a passion, don’t like to guess the future. Again, childishness, probably.
By the end of my thoughts, I will still apologize for this free style of narration and lumpy phrases. But these are my, truly my thoughts: necessary, empty, positive and negative. But I cannot be a pessimist by definition. That's the kind of person I am.
