YOTA staff, please bring back the old design of the application: (The current design is not liked by the vast majority, and this is obvious. It's not that we are against any updates. We are against changes for the worse. If you were to update and expand the functionality of the old version of the application , then there would not be as much negativity as you get now because of the absolutely mediocre and too flat design new version applications. We, your customers, ask you to consider returning the application to the old design, or changing the current one to an acceptable level worthy of 2019.

WAS a good operator
I have been using Yota for a long time. I always praised and loved this operator, but now I plan to switch to another one. Why?
1) Communication became very bad. There are both mobile Internet and the Internet in production. Mobile Internet although it works better, but with interruptions in the evening and on weekends it is impossible to watch something. The Internet in production stopped working at all. Bought a new home station and sim card. Nothing has changed. Losing money because of Iota.
2) Application. Tear off the hands of the designer who drew this and sew ios eggs on the developers who made it up. As an ios developer myself, I would never undertake such a bad UX. There are metrics and analytics. And to do for the sake of doing. You can lose clients. The most annoying app I have ever used.
3) Support. There is no way to chat with support. I understand that we live in 2k19, but people and interactions solve problems better than bots. Building a normal dialogue through chat is very difficult.

With all my sympathy for Yota, for a long time I scolded them for working under iOS 8. Namely, from time to time a signal, which at times was not very simple. So what happened to LTE on the iPhone? It turns out that the problem was in the applet on the SIM card, which did not work correctly with the Apple mobile operating system.
