But mistakes are forgiven to everyone except the standardization group.
Another great point is certification at the end probationary period. This is not a formality. This is a real addictive interrogation for 40 minutes, tested on personal experience, alas. So even the most frostbitten teachers did not trample into the dirt during exams during their studies. The very fact of the existence of such certification in the complete absence of training already seems ridiculous. We had some training after certification - we attended PCR diagnostic courses for four days. During these four days it was necessary to learn everything that normal people learn for at least five years. So if you suddenly come for an interview and they promise you this so-called training, then keep in mind that this is a maximum of four days, five lectures at the most, which is not as much use as we would like.
Another pleasantness. You can't get sick here. That is, you can, of course, pain, only at the workplace. Sick leave here, oh, how not welcome. Moreover, at the interview they may well require you to promise that you will not get sick at all. And on maternity leave, no-no. You need to prove that you do not plan to breed any such children, otherwise they will not be hired. Vacation should also be noted. 28 days here, yeah, but no one said that these 28 days are divided into three parts: twice a week and once a day of the week you can take a walk. But you cannot go on vacation in the month in which another employee of the standardization group has a vacation, even if on other days. Those are some crazy rules.
At the very first interview, and even in the vacancy itself, it was said about free meals. Yep, right now! They paid compensation for three months, and then everything, kaput, is not allowed! They threw it, in general. They also threaten to fine money ... In general, grace.

Work in SES. - How did it work
In 2006, after graduating medical college specializing in sanitary paramedic, I went to work in my district center in the city sanitary and epidemiological station. They appointed me as an assistant doctor - an epidemiologist in the epidemiologist. Department.

I lived in a neighboring town, which belonged to the district, sometimes I took a couple of inspection objects for myself for a day, and I didn’t even have to go to the SES. And it’s good for me, and for my partners, because I lived alone in this city from the department, and it was not very convenient for the rest to travel here. After 9 months of work, I took control of almost all the objects in our city. It used to be at 12 at home. I’ll check it, write down the most necessary things for myself, and at home I’ll already have an act of work done.
A year later, I already worked for one and a half rates and received quarterly bonuses. Of course, there were also disadvantages in my work - our department was investigating tuberculosis foci. Those. a new patient is identified, and I have to go to his home and interview his entire family, look at his living conditions, fill out a special card and take it into account. Then a schedule is drawn up according to which I visit this family (about once a quarter).
