Organizes the development and implementation of measures to introduce scientific achievements and best practices into the practice of care (storage) of horses (machines) in order to increase their performance, increase the productivity of horse-drawn (mechanized) work, and perform assigned tasks on this basis.

2.7. Prepares requests for materials, equipment, etc., used in the horse (machine yard).

2.8. Monitors the quality of major and current repairs and accepts completed repairs.

2.9. Monitors employees' compliance with production and labor discipline and their compliance with job descriptions.

2.10. Ensures the introduction of scientifically based time (production) standards, their timely review in the prescribed manner, promotes the development of the initiative of advanced workers and production innovators to revise current labor cost standards.

2.11. Organizes and conducts training for horse (machine) yard workers, studying labor safety rules, technology for the care (storage) of horses (machines), industrial sanitation and fire protection.

2.12. Conducts instruction for horse (engine yard) workers, checks and monitors knowledge and compliance with labor protection rules, industrial sanitation, fire protection during work in the horse (engine yard), does not allow persons who violate these rules to work.

2.13. Monitors the maintenance of horse (machine yard) facilities and territories in proper condition and implements measures to protect the natural environment.

2.14. Supervises the employees of the horse (machine) yard.

2.15. Knows, understands and applies current regulations relating to his activities.

2.16. Knows and complies with the requirements of regulations on labor protection and environment, complies with the standards, methods and techniques of safe work performance.

3. Rights

3.1. The yard manager has the right to take actions to prevent and eliminate cases of any violations or inconsistencies.

3.3. The head of the yard has the right to demand assistance in the performance of his official duties and the exercise of rights.

3.4. The yard manager has the right to demand the creation of organizational and technical conditions necessary for the performance of official duties and the provision necessary equipment and inventory.

4. Responsibility

4.1. The yard manager is responsible for failure to fulfill or untimely fulfillment of the duties assigned by this job description and (or) failure to use the granted rights.

4.2. The yard manager is responsible for failure to comply with internal labor regulations, labor protection, safety regulations, industrial sanitation and fire protection.

4.3. The yard manager is responsible for disclosing information about the organization (enterprise/institution) that is a trade secret.

4.4. The yard manager is responsible for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of internal requirements regulatory documents organization (enterprise/institution) and legal orders of management.
