Socially significant projects for career guidance of students. Social project “All works are good!” Formation of ideas of junior schoolchildren about the world of work and professions

Graduates face an important problem: choice future profession. But not everyone has yet decided exactly who they will be. The choice of a future profession is influenced by various aspects of a student’s life. This includes confidence in future employment, the prospects for the chosen profession, and advice from parents and friends. But the greatest impact is the ability to live without needs. Most schoolchildren have already decided on their choice of university. The choice of university does not depend on gender or social status teenager When choosing a profession, young people experience difficulties such as insufficient material opportunities, the futility of some professions, and uncertainty about future employment. But still, it’s still difficult for the guys to understand what they want from their profession and how to do it right choice. First of all, the school should help them with this. There should be a special program aimed at helping schoolchildren in their choice.

SOCIAL PROJECT

"YOUR CHOICE"

KALMANKA

2013

Introduction to the project.

Relevance

In the new socio-economic conditions, the activities of institutions are of particular importance additional education as open social and pedagogical institutions that most fully and effectively realize the social and pedagogical potential of the free time of children and youth, in which the demands of social practice are realized and non-traditional directions and technologies for working with adolescents and youth in the form of social design are significantly expanded.

The relevance of career guidance assistance to young people is increasing due to increasing demands modern market labor to a young man making a choice of profession. Timely career guidance assistance provided to high school students is the key to harmonious personal development. From point of view state interests, career guidance work with youth becomes the basis for the development human resources the whole country.

A monitoring of the professional determination of high school students conducted in schools in the district in 2012 showed that only 15% of teenagers have strong professional intentions. 26% do not think about their professional plans. About 59% do not have a clear position and doubt their choice. The guys do not focus on the demand of the labor market of the region, region, and, having chosen for many years in a row mainly the professions of economist and lawyer, thereby joining the ranks of the unemployed or graduates working outside their specialty.

Thus, the relevance of the problem of career guidance for youth is manifested in the need to overcome the contradiction between the objectively existing needs of society for a balanced personnel structure and the inadequately established subjective professional aspirations of youth. That is, according to its purpose, the “Your Choice” project will have a significant impact on the rational distribution labor resources, conscious choice life path youth, their adaptation to the profession.

The second side of the problem is attracting young people to social practice through employment, while paying great attention to “at-risk” children. On this moment In the Kalman district, 29 teenagers are registered with the Children's Children's Department and the ZP. The main reason for the involvement of adolescents and young people in negative phenomena is that they do not participate in socially significant activities, have a lot of free time and do not know what to do with themselves. Taking into account the age characteristics of adolescence, children can easily be provoked into antisocial activities. We believe that great importance In the matter of socialization of difficult teenagers, the formation of their future life aspirations, there is work on career guidance and employment of this part of the youth by involving them in social projects.

MBOU DOD "Kalman District Children and Youth Center" has experience in career guidance for high school students. Since 1991, the Center has been implementing the educational program “Pedagogical Class”. This program focused on training future teacher-organizers. The program involves the inclusion of students in various types of activities, training in the field of pedagogy, psychology, theory and methods of educational work with children. Upon completion of training and successful completion exam, graduates are issued a certificate of pre-professional education with the qualification of “teacher-organizer”.

Since 1992, work has been underway on the “Design and Modeling of Clothing” program. The program includes the study of such special disciplines as the technology of processing garments, designing and modeling clothing, and materials science. Upon completion of training, the qualification “seamstress-minder” is awarded.

This is the eighth year that work has been carried out under the Hairdressing program. The program introduces the profession of a hairdresser, helps to navigate among the variety of perfumes and cosmetics, and instills hygiene skills. Along with the formation of knowledge about hairdressing, the program pursues the goal of developing artistic taste. Students undergo practical training in this program in a children's hairdressing salon. At the end of the training, graduates receive certificates of qualification as a hairdresser. After completing a pre-professional training course, if desired, students continue their studies in the relevant specialty in educational institutions the edges.

For many years, the Center’s team has been organizing employment for teenagers during the holidays. Priority in this area is given to children in difficult life situations and children from disadvantaged families. Before organizing jobs for teenagers, the Center’s employees launched such social projects as: “My Native Village” (improvement), the leader skills competition “I am a leader”, “DIY DISCOUNT” (the work of a construction crew). Further, within the framework of these projects, the children were employed.

Since 2005, the center has been implementing such social projects as the youth newspaper “Simple Truths”, the goal of which is for high school students to acquire practical experience in journalism, to develop the creative abilities of high school students, and to find employment for teenagers. And the social project of the youth cafe “Fortochka” provides an opportunity for high school students to try their hand at professions social sphere, organize communication and recreation for teenagers in the Kalman region, improve the culture of communication.

For several years, the teaching staff has adhered to the following cyclogram for career guidance and employment of adolescents:

September - Conducting professional seminars for teachers, deputy directors of BP of district schools together with the Central Education Center.

October - Diagnostics of high school students.

November - Departure to the regional fair “World of Professions” in Aleysk.

December - Holding of the regional fair “World of Professions”.

1. Description of the problem.

We want to draw your attention to those people who have not been realized in life, who live aimlessly, who, having lived their lives, have not been realized as individuals. As a rule, these people are embittered, they are often lonely. Many of them drown their grief in alcohol and die from drugs. Because of this, violence occurs in families, divorces, where children suffer.

Let's look at the root, at the beginning of this problem. Let us pay attention to when these people graduated from school and faced the choice of a future profession. What did they want to become in life? Many of them dreamed, but never achieved their dreams. They could not realize themselves in their future profession.

This could have been prevented social environment, economic changes, parental influence, personal uncertainty. After all, the majority do not know themselves, their abilities and talents at all. Such people do not dream of anything and do not know who they would like to be.

Problem:

Graduates are not fully aware of who they really want to be.

Choosing a profession is a complex and lengthy process. The problem lies not so much in its overall duration as in the sequence of stages. There is a danger here—high school students delaying and postponing professional self-determination due to the lack of any expressed and stable interests. In addition, the world of professions, like everything else at this age, often seems black and white: in a “good” profession everything is good, in a “bad” profession everything is bad. The level of awareness of high school students both about their future profession and about themselves is very important. The choice of profession reflects a certain level of personal aspirations, including an assessment of one’s objective capabilities.

In modern educational institution absent effective work to prepare the younger generation for effective behavior in the modern labor market.

Accordingly, the need to develop a model of career guidance and pre-vocational training for the younger generation in a modern educational institution becomes clear.

2.Goals and objectives

Ø Creating conditions for the development of an independent, actively developing creative personality, capable of adaptation in society.

Ø Development of a model of career guidance work, pre-vocational training for the younger generation.

Ø Combine labor education with moral education, making vocational guidance element of free social self-determination of the individual.

Ø Send high school students to special centers so that they discover themselves, recognize their inclinations. So that there is a desire to achieve your goals, overcome obstacles, and not stop there.

Ø Therefore, we organize a team of social volunteers with a prepared program, which includes tests and seminars professional orientation. We will show you a presentation of your future profession.

Tasks:

Ø Create conditions for conscious professional self-determination of students in accordance with abilities, inclinations, personal characteristics, needs of society, region in personnel, formation of the ability for social and professional adaptation in society.

Relevance project:

In every person's life professional activity occupies an important place. From the first steps of a child, parents think about his future, closely monitor the interests and inclinations of their child, trying to predetermine him professional destiny. The problem of forming preschoolers’ ideas about the world of work and professions has not been sufficiently developed in pedagogy, although it would seem that everyone understands the enormous role of children’s ideas about professions and work. In kindergartens, the formation of ideas about the world of work and professions sometimes it is not carried out purposefully and systematically, since preschoolers do not face the problem of choice professions. But since professional self-determination is interconnected with personality development at all age stages, then preschool age can be considered as preparatory, laying the foundations for professional self-determination in the future. Ideas about professions the child is limited by his limited life experience - the work of mom and dad, a teacher in kindergarten, pilot profession, a policeman, a salesman, but also about these one way or another acquaintances children know professions, as a rule, little and very superficial. Meanwhile, in modern world There are a huge number of types of work. Orientation in this ocean of human activities is the most important link social adaptation of the child. Thus, the formation of preschoolers’ ideas about the world of work and professions– this is a necessary process that is relevant in the modern world.

Problem: Since the diagnostics showed insufficient knowledge of children in the field professional activities of adults, I planned work in this direction, because I believe that introducing children to professions, their social adaptation in society directly depends on correct organized work teachers. It is known that the main activity of children is play, so it would be logical to introduce children to professions adults through role-playing games. When talking about play as a leading activity for a preschooler, I mean mainly joint role-playing play.

Target project: Forming in children a sense of belonging to the world of adults through acquaintance with baker's profession, librarian, fireman, salesman. Increasing cognitive activity within the framework of cognitive activity.

Tasks project:

1. Consolidate children’s knowledge about professions: baker, librarian, fireman, salesman.

2. Develop children’s cognitive interest in professions, expand children's horizons.

3. Determine significance professions.

4. Develop respect for the work of different adults professions.

5. Encourage creativity in role-playing games about professions, art and other activities.

Planned results:

1. Children's deeper knowledge about firefighter professions

2. The emergence of interest, a desire to learn as much as possible about others professions.

3. Children's stories about these professions.

4. Understanding the meaning of a word « profession» and where you can get it and purchase it.

5. Formation of a caring attitude towards the results of the work of adults, respect for the human worker.

6. Activating children’s speech on the topic project(special clothing, fireman "sleeve", reader form, leaven, oven, batch, display case, etc.)

7. Emergence of research interest (baking bread, cooking porridge, publishing books, newspapers, etc.)

Implementation project is carried out in accordance with the Basic General Educational Program of Preschool Education, section "Cognitive Development".

During implementation project needs to be clarified what do children know about professions and what they want to know.

What do we know? What do we want to know?

What are there? professions like baker's profession, fireman, librarian, salesman.

We know the service number 01 or 112.

Where you can buy things, products.

What is used to bake bread and cook porridge?

The book is great!

There are many different things in the world professions. What is special? cloth?

How did the first books appear?

The history of the emergence of fire brigades in Rus'.

Where in the old days did people buy the things and products they needed for life?

Modern machines that make human work easier.

What other professions are there?.

How to become a good baker, doctor, builder, librarian, etc.?

Problem situations during implementation project, which will force children to show cognitive motivation: Why are books made of paper? Why special clothes are made from special materials? Why is yeast used in baked goods? Is it possible to cook porridge in cold or warm water?

Implementation stages project.

Stage 1 – problem statement

Name the main word.

The teacher's word.

We will talk about professions. After 9th grade, you will have to choose the profession in which you will continue your further education.

This is exactly what we will talk about today. The theme of our business game: “Your professional choice.” Choosing a profession is one of the most important steps into your future. Many of you have already decided during the implementation of the project who to be and where to go. But, for sure, some have not yet answered themselves whether I want to become one.

By choosing the right profession, that is, a profession to our liking, we find happiness. One kind and wise writer said: “Happiness is when you want to go to work in the morning and want to go home in the evening.”

So, in order for you to want to go to work every morning for many years to come, now you need to ... (continue the sentence).

Children's answers(think about the future, decide who to become, choose a job you like, find your place in life).

You have heard these words “decide what to become” more than once from teachers and parents. But still, deep down in your soul, you understand that the time will soon come when you will face this question face to face.
II . Main part

1. Working with an explanatory dictionary.

What is a profession, specialty, qualification? Slide number 13

Profession - this is the genus labor activity, requiring certain training and is usually a source of subsistence.

Speciality - type of occupation within one profession (for example, the specialty of a doctor - surgeon, therapist, etc.).

Qualification - level of preparedness, degree of suitability for any type of work.

Job title - this is the position you occupy at work, your job responsibilities.

In modern society, a profession is understood as a person’s occupation that:

    requires special preparation and training;

    practiced by a person regularly;

serves as a source of livelihood.

A modern worker must have knowledge in various fields, including computer skills. It is impossible to operate complex modern machines, to work at machines without knowledge of the profession. In the modern world, people in working professions are especially in demand.

Tell me, please, what blue-collar professions do you know? (carpenter, tailor, plasterer, painter, cook, bricklayer, janitor)

Who knows where you can get a working profession?

That's right, a profession can be obtained in vocational schools and colleges.

These educational institutions train specialists in many working professions. Vocational schools in our country train specialists in more than a thousand professions. IN vocational school, in college you will gain knowledge in your chosen profession, and upon completion you will receive a document - a certificate.

So, you can get a working profession in vocational colleges and technical schools where they are open correctional groups. Where are the children from our school accepted? Look at the slide to see how many educational institutions can accept you.Slide number 14

A job must be chosen taking into account abilities, aptitudes and interests.

An important point when looking for a job issummary - short form presentation of the basic personal and professional data of the applicant. (Working with a dictionary - the concept of “resume”)

This type of self-presentation has already become quite firmly entrenched in the Russian labor market.
When writing a resume, you must remember that your success in finding a job largely depends on how you present your professional experience in it. A resume is the document from which the employer receives the first information about the applicant for a vacancy and forms his opinion about him.

Your goal is to get the employer to want to meet with you in person.

If he postpones the communication session, tomorrow he may be interested in other candidates for the position.

    Education.

List the schools, courses, technical schools that you graduated from or are studying at.

    Work experience.

Thismain part of the resume form .

    Work skills.

In this sectionsummary You should indicate your capabilities that may be useful at the proposed place of work, although they are not related to your direct job responsibilities. Here you can mention having a driver's license and computer skills.

How to write a good resume?

III . Results of the lesson. Reflection.

Question: “What will my future be?” Every person asks himself, and the choice of profession is now one of the most important elements of the step into the future. There are two ways to choose a profession. The first is the trial and error method: a person searches blindly, trying himself in different professions. Until he understands what it is. But this is the most difficult and long way, because there are other joys in life. And the second is also possible: we need to study, first of all, ourselves, everything that makes each of us unique and unique - our interests and inclinations, the characteristics of thinking, memory and attention, the characteristics of the nervous system. Learning about professions now, about their characteristics is the beginning of the path to success and well-being in the future.

Guys! Let's list the professions with which we became acquainted (the students list them).

- Where are these professions taught?

-Where can I work?

- Why does a person work? - (children's answers). Need, money, interest, pastime...

- Which organization will help you find a job?
Let's return to the topic of our event again. Determine by its title. What is our the main objective was on it?
- (children's answers).Expand knowledge about working professions, ways of employment, decide on the choice of profession for today.

    Final point.
I would like to finish our game with the following poem.
    Fate prepares a thousand paths,
Keeps hundreds of mysteries in stock.
What will it be like - your path,
    You have to prove this.
    Will you drive ships?
Or learn the secrets of centuries,
Will you build a bridge from the Moon to the Earth,
    Maybe you'll start forging iron.
You will grow up to be a clown - the funniest one -
And the world will bloom with smiles.
The world also needs clowns -
You won't know until the door opens.
Try to walk the path as a human being,
Believe in your strength, believe in victory. (“Path”, Samatova L.S.)

Happy is the person who does what he loves, who has chosen the right profession. They say about such a person that he is in his place, or that he has golden hands. I hope and believe in you. As I leave the class, I would like you to understand that the true treasure for people is to find themselves in work.

Thank you all for participating!
