Many of you have already decided in the course of the project who to be and where to go. But, for sure, some have not yet answered themselves, but do I want to become one.

Having chosen the right profession, that is, a profession to our liking, we find happiness. One kind and wise writer said: “Happiness is when you want to go to work in the morning and want to go home in the evening.”

So, so that later for many years every morning you would like to go to work, now you need to ... (continue the sentence).

III . Lesson results. Reflection.

Question: What will be my future? every person asks himself, and the choice of a profession is now one of the most important elements of a step into the future. There are two ways to choose a profession. The first is a trial and error method: a person searches blindly, trying himself in different professions. Until he realizes what it is. But this is the most difficult and long way, because there are other joys in life. And the second is also possible: you need to study, first of all, yourself, everything that makes each of us unique and inimitable - your interests and inclinations, features of thinking, memory and attention, features of the nervous system. Learning about professions now, about their features is the beginning of the path to success, to well-being in the future.

Guys! Let's list the professions with which we met (pupils list).

- Where are these skills taught?

-Where can I work?

- Why does a person work? - (children's answers). Need, money, interest, pastime...

- What organization will help you with employment?
Let's get back to our theme. By its title, identify. What is our the main objective was on it?
- (children's answers).Expand knowledge about working professions, employment methods, decide on a profession for today.

    Final moment.
I would like to finish our game with the following poem.
Thousands of paths are preparing fate,
Hundreds of riddles in store keeps.
What will it be - your path,
This is for you to prove.
    Will you sail the ships
Or learn the secrets of centuries
Will you build a bridge from the moon to the earth,
    Maybe you will forge iron.
You will grow up to be a clown - the funniest one -
And the world will blossom with smiles.
Clowns are also needed in the world -
You won't know until the door opens.
As a man, try to follow the path,
Believe in your strength, believe in victory. (“Path”, Samatova L.S.)

Happy is the person who does what he loves, who has chosen the right profession. They say about such a person that he is in his place, or that he has golden hands. I hope and believe in you. As I leave the class, I would like you to understand that the true treasure for people is to find yourself in work.

Thank you all for participating!

Project relevance

There are more than 7,000 professions in the world today. In metropolitan areas, only a few hundred of them are popular. According to MAR Consult, about half of Russia's population (52%) is currently unemployed. After graduating from universities, those who want to work in their specialty will face the main obstacle - the situation on the labor market (the received specialty is unclaimed, low paid, or, conversely, competition in the labor market is so high that it is almost impossible to find a job).

Therefore, in modern society, the problem of creating conditions for successful professional self-determination of graduates of secondary general educational institutions is becoming more and more urgent. Its most important aspect is the organization of support for the professional self-determination of students, taking into account their abilities and interests, as well as the needs of society. In modern society, social and professional support of young people in solving issues of professional self-determination and planning a professional career is significant.

An analysis of the situation on the labor market showed the importance of forming individual trajectories of life and professional self-determination and building a career for young people, taking into account their interests, abilities, personal characteristics and labor market requirements. Each region forms its own request for labor force. Potential employers seek to select the best employees who are able to successfully and efficiently perform their duties. In this regard, the issues of professional development of young people and the support of this work become extremely important.

Main task modern education is a complete mental and personal development each child, revealing his intellectual abilities, and, finally, preparing students for social and professional development. One of the ways to solve the problem of pre-university vocational training in secondary school is profile training or differentiation.

The student has the right to freely choose a profession, but the desire to work in a certain profession and interest in it is not enough. The basis for a conscious choice of profession should be a whole range of knowledge and skills, which can be called the readiness of a teenager to choose a profession. Such readiness may be the result of a long pedagogically directed process of professional self-determination of students. This is the essence of the pedagogical aspect of vocational guidance in general and the orientation of schoolchildren to working professions, in particular.

Similar teaching practice allows you to solve a significant number of problems: to individually approach the development of each student, “in practice” to acquaint students with professions in different profile areas, to avoid mistakes in professional choice, to strengthen the training of each student when entering a university.

There are two main directions of orientation of adolescents to working professions:

professional propaganda and professional education;

development of interests, inclinations, abilities of schoolchildren, their self-esteem through inclusion in various types of educational and extracurricular activities.

key role information plays a role in the career guidance of graduates: about the content, conditions, organization of work and training in a particular profession, remuneration, its requirements for the body and personality of a person, opportunities for professional and qualification and job growth (career planning); information about current and prospective staffing demand.

The relevance of professional self-determination of schoolchildren is also emphasized in the modern concept of profile education at the senior level of general education, focused on the individualization of education and the socialization of students and involving changes in the structure, content and organization educational process more fully take into account the interests, inclinations and abilities of students, create conditions for the education of high school students in accordance with their professional interests and intentions regarding the continuation of education.

The choice of a profession, the decision about the place of study, work occur as a result of comparing information on all these positions and depend on their objective content and understanding by everyone. Negative Consequences an incorrectly chosen profession affects both the person himself and the whole society as a whole. According to sociologists, the right choice of profession reduces staff turnover by 3-3.5 times, increases labor productivity by 20% and reduces the cost of staff training by 2.5 times.

It is assumed that the career guidance system should give schoolchildren the opportunity to try themselves in different directions.

Target: Create a system of comprehensive career guidance work with students.

Tasks:

Creation of conditions for the formation of a conscious choice of profession in accordance with one's abilities, psychophysical data and the needs of society.

Formation of knowledge among schoolchildren about the organization of production in the country, modern equipment, about the ways of vocational training.

Development of interest in the future profession, the formation of students' positive motivation for work and internal readiness for a conscious and independent choice of life and professional path.

Organization and holding of various events for the professional orientation of schoolchildren.

Development and implementation of elective courses.

Helping teenagers with a low level of profile motivation.

Formation of students' skills of independent cognitive activity, preparing them to solve problems of various levels of complexity.

To develop students' motivation for research activities.

To develop in students a mindset that allows them not to passively consume information, but to critically and creatively process it; have an opinion and be able to defend it in any situation.

According to the State Statistics Committee Russian Federation workers aged 16 to 29 now account for more than one third total strength able-bodied, and the proportion of young people among the unemployed varies by region of the country on average from 25 to 40%.

Summer unemployment is formed to a large extent at the expense of those entering the working life for the first time, that is, among young people aged 20 to 24 years. Among summer youth, a high proportion is made up of previously working youth.

MBOU DOD "Kalman District Children and Youth Center"

MUNICIPAL BUDGET EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION
ADDITIONAL EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN
"KALMAN DISTRICT CHILDREN AND YOUTH CENTER"

SOCIAL PROJECT

"YOUR CHOICE"

KALMANKA

2013

Introduction to the project.

Relevance

In the new socio-economic conditions, the activities of institutions of additional education as open socio-pedagogical institutions, most fully and effectively realizing the socio-pedagogical potential of free time for children and youth, are of particular importance, in which the demands of social practice are realized and non-traditional areas, technologies of working with teenagers and youth in the form of social design.

The relevance of career guidance assistance to young people is increasing due to the increasing demands of the modern labor market for a young person who makes a choice of profession. Career guidance provided to high school students in a timely manner is the key to the harmonious development of the individual. From point of view public interests, vocational guidance work with young people becomes the basis for the development of human resources throughout the country.

The monitoring of the professional determination of high school students conducted in the district schools in 2012 showed that only 15% of teenagers have firm professional intentions. 26% do not think about their professional plans at all. About 59% do not have a clear position, they doubt their choice. The guys do not focus on the demand of the labor market of the region, region, and, choosing for many years in a row mainly the profession of economist and lawyer, thereby join the ranks of the unemployed, or graduates who do not work in their specialty.

Thus, the relevance of the problem of career guidance for young people is manifested in the need to overcome the contradiction between the objectively existing needs of society in a balanced structure of personnel and inadequately formed subjective professional aspirations of young people. That is, according to its purpose, the project "Your Choice" will have a significant impact on the rational distribution of labor resources, the conscious choice of a life path by young people, and their adaptation to the profession.

The second side of the problem is the involvement of young people in social practice through employment, while paying great attention to the children of the "risk group". On the this moment in the Kalmansky district, 29 teenagers are registered with the KDN and ZP. The main reason for the involvement of adolescents and young people in negative phenomena is that they do not participate in socially significant activities, have a lot of free time and do not know what to do with themselves. Given the age characteristics of adolescence, children are easily provoked into antisocial activities. We believe that work on career guidance and employment of this part of young people by involving them in social projects is of great importance in the socialization of difficult adolescents, the formation of their future life aspirations.

MBOU DOD "Kalman District Children's and Youth Center" has experience in career guidance for high school students. Since 1991, the Center has been implementing educational program"Pedagogical class". This program is focused on the training of future teachers-organizers. The program involves the inclusion of students in various activities, training in the field of pedagogy, psychology, theory and methodology of educational work with children. Upon graduation and successful delivery examination, graduates are issued a certificate of pre-professional education with the qualification "teacher-organizer".

Since 1992, work has been carried out under the program "Design and Modeling of Clothes". Within the framework of the program, the study of such special disciplines as the technology of processing garments, the design and modeling of clothing, and materials science is carried out. Upon completion of training, the qualification of a seamstress-minder operator is awarded.

For the eighth year, work has been carried out under the program "Hairdressing". The program introduces the profession of a hairdresser, helps to navigate among the variety of perfumes and cosmetics, instills hygiene skills. Along with the formation of knowledge about hairdressing, the program aims to develop artistic taste. Students practice this program in a children's hairdresser's. At the end of the training, graduates receive certificates of qualification "hairdresser". After completing a course of pre-professional training, if desired, students continue their education in the relevant specialty in educational institutions of the region.

For many years, the staff of the Center organizes the employment of teenagers during the holidays. Priority in this area is given to children in difficult situations, children from dysfunctional families. Before organizing jobs for teenagers, the employees of the Center launched such social projects as: “My native village” (improvement), the competition of leader skills “I am a leader”, “Discozal with my own hands” (work of the construction team). Further, within the framework of these projects, the children were employed.

Since 2005, the center has been implementing such social projects as the youth newspaper “Simple Truths”, the purpose of which is to gain practical experience in journalism for high school students, to develop the creative abilities of high school students, and to provide employment for teenagers. And the social project of the youth cafe "Fortochka" provides an opportunity for high school students to try their hand at social professions, organize communication and recreation for teenagers in the Kalmansky district, and improve the culture of communication.

For several years, the teaching staff has adhered to the following cyclogram for career guidance and employment of adolescents:

September - Conducting professional seminars for teachers, deputy directors for BP of district schools together with the Center for Health.

October - Diagnostics of high school students.

November - Departure to the regional fair "World of Professions" in Aleysk.

December - Conducting a regional fair "World of Professions".

February - Conducting profile class hours.

March - Preparation for summer practice in the "Pedagogical "class"

April - Protection of youth social projects

May-August-organization of jobs for teenagers.

Within the framework of the project “Your Choice”, the following social projects will continue to be implemented in the district: organizing leisure activities for the youth of the district - the social project “Fortochka”, the project - the youth newspaper “Simple Truths”; the social project "School of a young leader" is aimed at the participation of children in the public life of the district; the project "School of counselors" organizes summer holidays for children with the help of youth social practice, the project "Fifth Labor Quarter" - employment of youth in the summer.

In solving the identified problems, an important place is occupied by interaction with prevention authorities and services: the commission for minors and the protection of their rights, internal affairs authorities, social protection authorities, guardianship and guardianship authorities, the employment service, which take part in the implementation of the project within their competencies.

Project goals:

What is a profession? PROFESSION - (from the Latin professio), a kind of labor activity, occupation that requires certain training and is usually the source of human existence. By the end of the 20th century, the number of professions reached thousands.

The influence of personality traits on career choice. Psychologists believe that when choosing a profession, the correspondence between the psychological characteristics of a person and the characteristics of the future profession is very important. The profession should be interesting. Choose the profession where your abilities will be most realized, and where you will achieve the greatest success. And for this, accurately determine your best qualities and interests.

Professions of our parents. Chislov Andrey. My mother, Marina Vladimirovna, works as an accountant. At work, every day she counts numerous numbers, adds, subtracts. And she loves her simple profession. Days pass, years run, The country changes, But the accountant's affairs are always unchanged: Accounting, credit, balance, salary Will always remain. Such is the work of an accountant - He comes early and leaves late, He has a check, then a report, And then he can’t find a penny.

Kravchenko Andrey. My mother is a shop assistant. Many professions are different, important, necessary and beautiful. You come to the store - there is only one seller there. Everything will tell you: what to buy, how much to pay, pick up, find, try on, weigh, wrap, measure, cheer up. Call you back for a visit!

Kislov Maxim. My dad is the deputy prosecutor of the city of Volgograd, he is a major. He stands guard over the execution of the law if someone breaks the law. That must be punished. My mother works in the Administration of the Volgograd region as a chief specialist in the committee on economics, she is an economist.

Conclusion: We confirmed the hypothesis that it is necessary to learn a profession in advance in accordance with one's abilities, as well as to study the demand market for professions in the city in order not to become unemployed. You need to have a desire to learn and love your profession. Then you will be satisfied with your life.
