6. Organizational structure

In addition, it is he who pays the work of the masters, forms the staff, gives the order to work in the workshop, and monitors the order in which orders are fulfilled.

At that moment, when there are too many clients and one person will not be able to cope with all the responsibilities, a manager will enter the staff. In the future, two managers will work according to the following schedule: 2 working days after 2 days off. Their responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a customer record system;
  • Work with clients by phone and in a stationary mode;
  • Formation of a recording album for each master;
  • Calculation of clients and BSO statement.

The salary of the manager is formed from two parts: fixed and percentage. A stable salary is 17,000 rubles per month and 5% of the amount of orders for all shifts in the work of this manager.

Work in the workshop is performed by craftsmen. Two people work simultaneously in a shift: a senior foreman and a foreman. Any application first goes to the senior foreman, who decides to delegate certain stages of work to a junior employee. The finished work is also handed over to the client by the senior master. He also answers questions that may arise from the client. It is because of the additional responsibility that his salary is higher than that of an ordinary master.
