7. Organizes record keeping and reporting on repair and production activities, work on certification and rationalization of jobs, improvement of labor standards, correct application of forms and systems of wages and material incentives.

8. Organizes work related to the development and implementation of standards, technical specifications and other regulatory materials for the operation, repair and preventive maintenance of equipment.

9. Ensures the technically correct operation of equipment and other fixed assets and the implementation of their repair schedules, safe and healthy working conditions, as well as the timely provision of benefits to workers regarding working conditions.

Participates in planning the technical development of production and modernization of equipment, in investigating the causes of increased wear, equipment accidents and industrial injuries and ensures the development of measures to prevent them. Coordinates the work of foremen and shop services.

12. Monitors employees’ compliance with labor protection and safety rules and regulations, production and labor discipline, and internal labor regulations.

4. Responsibility of the head of the repair shop

The head of the repair shop is responsible in the following cases:
