MEMORANDUM ON CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF GAZPROM-MEDIA HOLDING JSC

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Memorandum is the basic document that defines the principles and activities of Gazprom-Media Holding JSC in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility. The memorandum meets the objectives of improving the efficiency of interaction with key stakeholders, strengthening the company's reputation and image, increasing investment attractiveness and the quality of business management, and creating a favorable internal and external environment for the organization.

The memorandum is not an exhaustive set of rules and does not provide recommendations for every situation that may arise in the course of the implementation of charitable and socially significant projects.

A pilot grant competition for social initiatives was held by Gazprom Neft in 2013 in the Orenburg Region. Brief summary: within the framework of the project, on the basis of the city library of the city of Tara, Omsk region, the territory of informal free communication "Youth Quarter" was organized to involve young people and residents of the city of different age categories in active social activities through the organization of non-traditional forms of active intellectual, creative, cultural leisure for the library. Within the framework of the Youth Quarter project, from July to November 2014, 56 events (seminars, trainings and master classes, volunteer events) attended by 2423 person. On the 16

visited interactive excursions 392 student and high school student. Every day the Youth Quarter is visited by an average of more than 30 people, on the days of excursions and events - more than 100 Human.

Brief summary: more 100 young designers - students of the specialty "Design" received theoretical and practical skills in tailoring and decorating everyday clothes and accessories that take into account the needs of "special" people - people with disabilities. Within the framework of the project, a series of lectures and master classes were held, the exhibition "The Untouchables" with the participation of 30 student photographs and collages, design project competition "Adaptive design of everyday suit", master class and exhibition of sketches "T-shirt for my special friend", presented at the Omsk College of Professional Technologies 14 teams from 68 young designers.
